Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the MASP is requested to send details in writing of their claim or interest in the MASP, including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and date of joining the MASP (if known) to the Mars UK Benefits Team at [email protected] before 6 February 2023. Any person claiming a beneficial interest in the MVCS is requested to send details in writing of their claim or interest in the MVCS, including full name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number and date of joining the MVCS (if known) to the Mars UK Benefits Team at [email protected]: before 6 February 2023. After this date the Trustee will proceed to wind up the MVCS having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice and will not be liable to any person of whose claim they had not had notice. Please note that if you have received correspondence this year in relation to the MVCS, you do not need to take any action in respect of this notice. NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 METHODIST COLLEGE BELFAST PENSION & LIFE ASSURANCE SCHEME In accordance with section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the winding-up of the Methodist College Belfast Pension & Life Assurance Scheme (“the Scheme”) will shortly be completed.
