THE HARINGEY (PLAY STREETS) (NO. 1) ORDER 2015
1 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 15th January 2015 the
Council of the London Borough of Haringey made the above
mentioned Order under Section 29 of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984, as amended.
2 The general effect of the Order would be subject to paragraph 3
below to prohibit any vehicle from entering Pemberton Road, N4,
on the third and fourth Sundays of every calendar month between
2pm and 5pm or finishing half an hour before sunset for the
purpose of enabling the road to be used as a playground for
children.
3 The Order would not apply to any vehicle requiring access to a
property within the closed section of roads providing that vehicle
is travelling at a speed of no more than 5mph and is supervised
by an adult in high visibility clothing.
4 Copies of the Order, which will come into operation at 12:00
hours on the 18th January 2014, of the Council’s statement of
reasons for making the Order, together with plans and more
