1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Enfield (the Council) have made:
a) the Enfield (Residents’ Parking Places) (Tramway Avenue)(No. 1) Experimental Traffic Order 2018;
b) the Enfield (Waiting and Loading Restriction)(Amendment No. 163) Experimental Traffic Order 2018;
c) The Enfield (Parking Places) (Pay and Display) (No. 5) Experimental Traffic Order 2018; and
d) The Enfield (Goods Vehicles Loading Bay)(No. 7)Experimental Traffic Order 2018.
under sections 9 and 10 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Traffic Orders will be as an experiment to:
(a) introduce a controlled parking zone which will operate Monday to Sunday 8 am to 10pm, by providing:-
(i)residents’ parking places in Tramway Avenue N9;
(b) introduce new waiting restrictions which would operate “At any time” and “Monday to Sunday 8am to 6.30pm” in the zone; and
(c) introduce Pay and Display Parking Places to operate from 8am to 6.30pm all week on Tramway Avenue N9 and Causeyware Road N9; and
(d) introduce a Goods Vehicle Loading Bay on the south side of Causeyware Road N9 to operate Monday to Sunday 8am to 6.30 pm.
3. The effect of the Residents’ Parking Places Experimental Order will be to:
(a) designate residents’ parking places in Tramway Avenue N9, at which charges may be made by the Council for vehicles authorised by the
Order to be left in those parking places;
(b) provide that the parking places would operate between 8 am and 10 pm on Mondays to Sundays inclusive (Christmas Day, Good Friday or
Bank Holidays excepted);
(c) specify that the vehicles which may be left in the residents’ parking places shall be those displaying either a valid residents’ permit,
community health staff permit, social services staff permit, special permit, carers’ permit or visitors parking card issued by the Council or its
authorised agent under the provisions of the relevant Order;
(d) provide that the charge for the issue of a residents’ or business user permit would be in accordance with the schedule of charges in the
Table below, and that the residents’ permit would be valid for a period of 12 months running from the beginning of the month in which it first
becomes valid;

(e) provide that the charge for the issue of a community health staff permit or a social services staff permit would be £15 and which would be
valid for a period of 12 months running from the beginning of the month in which it first becomes valid;
(f) provide that the charge for the issue of a carers’ permit would be in accordance with the schedule of charges for residents’ permits shown in
Table 1 above, and that the carers’ permit would be valid for a period of 12 months running from the beginning of the month in which it first
becomes valid;
(g) provide that the charge for the issue of a special permit would be in accordance with the schedule of charges for residents’ permits shown in
Table 1 above, and that the special permit would be valid for a period of 12 months running from the beginning of the month in which it first
becomes valid;
(h) provide that the charge for the issue of a residents’ visitors parking card which, upon validation, would be valid for a single morning or
afternoon period, would be £1.50 each. Parking cards are available in booklets comprising 10 parking cards each (a maximum of 50 parking
cards may be issued to a householder in a 12 month period);
(i) provide that certain vehicles may wait free of charge in certain circumstances, e.g. to allow persons to board or alight (maximum two
minutes), to load or unload (maximum 20 minutes) and vehicles left by specified disabled persons (no time limit).
The street specified in Schedule to this Notice will form the extent of the zone and be used for the issue of permits.
4. The effect of the Waiting and Loading Restriction Experimental Traffic Order will be to introduce;
(a) new zone-hours waiting restrictions which operate Monday to Sunday 8am to 10pm in Tramway Avenue N9 within the proposed controlled
parking zone; and
(b) new “At any time” waiting restrictions in a certain lengths of Tramway Avenue N9.
5. The effect of the Pay and Display Parking Place Experimental Traffic Order will be to introduce Pay and Display Parking Places in Tramway
Avenue N9 and Causeyware Road N9, for which the charges will be as detailed in the table below;

6. The effect of the Goods Vehicle Loading Bay Experimental Traffic Order will be to introduce a Goods Vehicle Loading Bay on the south side of
Causeyware Road N9 near to the junction with Hertford Road, Edmonton which will operate Monday to Sunday 8am to 6.30 pm.
7. The Orders provides that in pursuance of section 10(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the Head of Traffic and Transportation of the
London Borough of Enfield may, if it appears essential for certain relevant purposes, modify or suspend the Order or any of its provisions.
8. Copies of the Orders, which will come into operation on 14 January 2019, and will continue in operation for up to 18 months, of the Council’s
statement of reasons for proposing to make the Orders and other relevant documents can be inspected at the Reception Desk, the Civic
Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3XD during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the Orders cease to have
effect.
9. Copies of the Orders may be obtained from Traffic and Transportation, the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3XD.
10. If the provisions of the Orders continue in operation for a period of not less than 6 months, the Council will consider in due course whether
the provisions of those Orders should be reproduced and continued in operation indefinitely by means of Orders under section 6 of the said Act
of 1984. Any person desiring to object to the making of such Orders or make other representations may, within the period of 6 months from the
coming into operation of the Orders, or if the Orders are subsequently varied or modified, from the coming into operation of that variation or
modification (whichever is the latest), send a statement of their objection and the grounds thereof or of their representation, in writing or by e-
mail to [email protected] to the Head of Traffic and Transportation, the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield, Middlesex, EN1 3XD, quoting the
reference TG52/1400.
11. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any letter you write to the Council in response to this Notice may, upon
written request, be made available to the press and to the public, who would be entitled to take copies of it if they so wished.
12. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the
relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulation made
thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make
application for the purpose to the High Court.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Waiting and Loading
Restriction) (Amendment No. 149) Order 2018 under sections 6 and
124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984.
The general effect of the Order will be to:
(a) introduce waiting restrictions to operate “at any time” in Massey
Close N11.
(NOTE: these restrictions were originally proposed together with
similar restrictions for Chase Side Crescent EN2, Chester Gardens
EN3, Mayfield Crescent EN3, Northfield Road EN3, Norfolk Road EN3,
Oxford Road EN£, Southfield Road EN3 and Suffolk Road EN3.
However because there are outstanding objections in respect of those
streets, the Council have deferred a decision for the time being on this
aspect until such time as those objections have been resolved).
3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 31
December 2018 and any other relevant documents can be inspected
at the Reception Desk, the Civic Centre, Silver Street, Enfield,
Middlesex, EN1 3XD during normal office hours on Mondays to

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal Borough
of Greenwich (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) proposes to
make the above-mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45 46, 49 and
124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:
(a) provide a bus lane for the use of buses only that would operate ‘at
any time’ in the westernmost part of the southbound carriageway in
Peartree Way, between approximately 13 metres north and 105
metres north of its northernmost junction with Commercial Way;
(b) provide ‘at any time’ loading restrictions throughout the length of
the bus lane referred to in sub-paragraph (a) above;
(c) provide a banned right turn for all vehicles except for local buses
from the southbound carriageway of Peartree Way into the
northernmost west to east arm of Commercial Way; and
(d) update the map tiles attached to The Greenwich (Free Parking
Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping
Restrictions) Consolidation Order 2018 and The Greenwich (Charged-
For Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2018 so as to reflect the
provisions referred to in sub-paragraph (b) above.
2. NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Royal
Borough of Greenwich proposes under section 23 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984:
(a) in Bugsby’s Way, to establish two “toucan” pedestrian and cycle
crossings, one in the westbound carriageway and the other in the
eastbound carriageway, each approximately 30 metres west of the
roundabout situated at the junction of Peatree Way and Bugsby’s
Way. Associated zig-zag markings, on which vehicles would be
prohibited from stopping at all times, would be placed on the
carriageway either side of the pedestrian crossings, extending
approximately 17 metres in either direction.
(b) in Commercial Way, northernmost west to east arm, to convert the
existing pedestrian crossing situated approximately 10 metres west of
Peartree Way, to a “toucan” pedestrian and cycle crossing.
3. NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Council propose to
convert a certain length of footway into a cycle track, using powers
under section 65 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. A shared-
use cycle track, for use by pedal cyclists and pedestrians, would be
provided on the existing segregated footway and cycleway to the
west of Peartree Way, between Bugsby’s Way and Commercial Way.
Cyclists and pedestrians would share the full width of the shared-use
cycle track with each having equal rights over it.
4. A copy of the proposed Orders and other documents, including
maps, giving more detailed particulars of the Orders, pedestrian/cycle
crossings and cycle track are available for inspection during normal
office hours until the end of six weeks from the date on which the
Orders are made or, as the case may be, the Council decides not to
make the Orders, at the Directorate of Regeneration, Enterprise and
Skills, Strategic Transportation, Royal Borough of Greenwich, The
Woolwich Centre, 35 Wellington Street, 6HQ.
5. Further information about the proposed Orders, pedestrian/cycle
crossings and cycle track may be obtained by telephoning Strategic

6. Any person who wishes to object to or make other representations
about the proposed Orders, pedestrian/cycle crossings or cycle track

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 18th December 2018 the
Council of the London Borough of Haringey, hereinafter called the
Council, made the above-mentioned Orders under sections 9 and 124
of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984,
as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to experimentally:—
(a) convert certain existing loading bays in Turnpike Lane into short
term parking, pay by phone operation which will mirror the existing
operational times of the pay by phone bays at these locations,
together with the waiting and loading restrictions:-
i. the south side, outside Nos.121 to 125 Turnpike Lane;
ii. the south side, outside Nos. 99 to 107 Turnpike Lane;
iii. the south side, outside Nos. 31 to 35 Turnpike Lane;
iv. the south side, outside Nos. 9 to 13 Turnpike Lane;
v. the south side, outside Nos. 67 to 71 Turnpike Lane;
(b) convert some existing resident permit holders only parking places,
located on both sides of The Avenue N8, at its junction with Alexandra
Road, into permit holders only operation. There will be no change to
the times of operation of the parking places;
(c) convert some existing single yellow line waiting restrictions located
on the south-east side of Denmark Road N8 outside the Haringey
Grove Community Centre into a permit holders only parking place
operating at zone hours.
3. The Orders revoke the existing Orders relating to the previous
proposals for these roads that were advertised in a Notice dated 23rd
November 2018.
4. The Orders provide that in pursuance of Section 10(2) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the delegated authority of the London
Borough of Haringey, or some person authorised in that behalf, may if
it appears essential in the interests of the expeditious, convenient and
safe movement of traffic or for preserving or improving the amenities
of the area through which any road affected by the Orders runs,
modify or suspend the Orders or any provision thereof.
5. The Council will be considering in due course whether the
provisions of the Orders should be continued in force indefinitely by
means of permanent Orders made under the relevant sections of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Any person may object to the
making of the permanent Orders for the purpose of such indefinite
continuation within a period of six months beginning with the day on
which the above mentioned Orders came into force or, if the Orders
are varied by other Orders or modified pursuant to section 10(2) of the
1984 Act, beginning with the day on which the latest variation or
modification came into force. Any such objection must be made in
writing and must state the grounds on which it is made and be sent to

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under
sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:—
(a) introduce the Seven Sisters South Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) and introduce parking controls operating between the hours of 8 a.m. and
6.30 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays inclusive in the roads listed in Schedule 1 to this Notice and to prohibit waiting by vehicles other than in the
designated parking places provided during those hours;
(b) designate permit holders only parking places, in the roads listed in Schedule 2 to this Notice where vehicles displaying a valid, business
parking permit, residents parking permit or visitors’ permit would be permitted to wait without time limit;
(c) designate permit holders only parking areas in the roads listed in Schedule 3 to this Notice where vehicles displaying a valid, business
parking permit, residents parking permit or visitors’ permit would be permitted to wait without time limit;
(d) designate shared permit holders and ‘pay by phone’ parking places in the roads listed in Schedule 4 to this Notice where vehicles:-
(i) displaying a valid business parking permit, residents parking permit or a visitors’ permit would be permitted to wait without time limit; or
(ii) that have had a period purchased for them to be parked using the ‘pay by phone’ system would be permitted to wait for a maximum period
of 2 hours with no return to that parking place within 1 hour of leaving it;
(e) designate shared permit holders and ‘pay by phone’ parking places in the roads listed in Schedule 5 to this Notice where vehicles:-
(i) displaying a valid business parking permit, residents parking permit or a visitors’ permit would be permitted to wait without time limit; or
(ii) that have had a period purchased for them to be parked using the ‘pay by phone’ system would be permitted to wait for a maximum period
of 5 hours with no return to that parking place within 2 hours of leaving it;
(f) introduce waiting restrictions operating at any time at junctions and bends of the roads within the CPZ in order to help to improve safety,
prevent obstructive parking at, and near, junctions and reduce personal injury and road accidents of the roads concerned;
(g) formalise any existing informal waiting restrictions within the CPZ area.
3. Residents or business users of the roads listed in Schedule 6 to this Notice (providing that their property is not on a private or car restricted
development) would be able to purchase parking permits and residents would be able to purchase visitors parking permits, for passenger
vehicles, goods carrying vehicles (the overall height of which does not exceed 2.27 metres and the overall length of which does not exceed 5.25
metres), at the rates set out below:—

The BMW (UK) Operations Supplementary Pension Scheme
(previously known as the British Leyland Supplementary Pension

"Scheme”) was established by a Trust Deed dated 23 June 1976. The
Trustee of the Scheme is BMW (UK) Supplementary Trustees Limited.

4. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply in

EXPERIMENTAL ORDER 2017
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough
of Redbridge on 19th July 2017 made the above-mentioned Order
under sections 9 and 124 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and
all other enabling powers. The effect of the Experimental Traffic
Order, which comes into operation on 31st July 2017, will be to
introduce parking controls as specified in the Schedules to this
notice. The reason for proceeding by way of an Experimental Traffic
Order is to assess the provision of the parking controls. These
changes will be introduced for a trial period before consideration is
given to whether the provisions of the Experimental Traffic Order
should be altered or made permanent.
Plans of the proposed measures can be inspected between 9.30am
and 8.00pm on Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays) and
10.00am to 5.00pm on Saturdays, at the Central Library, Clements

effect. The experimental provisions can continue in force for a

Northamptonshire County Council hereby give notice that they have
made and submitted to the Secretary of State for Transport for
confirmation, a Scheme under section 14 and 125 of the Highways
Act 1980 authorising the Council to:-
(a) improve the lengths of highway to;

Salford City Council intends in not less than 21 days from the date of
this notice to make THE CITY OF SALFORD (COW LANE AND
CRAVEN STREET, SALFORD) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF
VEHICLES AND ONE WAY ONLY) ORDER 2017 under s14 of the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The effect of the Order is as
follows;
1.Temporary closure of (i) Craven St for its full length and width, and
(ii) the southern carriageway on Cow Lane from its junction with
Craven St to its junction with Oldfield Rd.
2. One Way Traffic on Cow Lane for eastbound traffic, from its
junction with Muslin St in an easterly direction to its junction with
Oldfield Rd.
There is a diversion for vehicles travelling westbound along Cow Lane
via Liverpool St and Muslin St. The prohibition shall be in effect at all
times. The restriction is required to enable the demolition of existing
buildings and construction of new residential blocks.
The Order shall come into force on 21 August 2017 for a duration of

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to:

(i) introduce 12 metres of “at any time” waiting restrictions outside

(b) in Foss Road:

(c) in Lockington Road, prescribe waiting restrictions for the entire

loading restrictions on Webb’s Road outside Nos. 71 Webb’s Road
and 1 Chatto Road.
3. The general effect of the Battersea Park Parking Places Order will
be to amend the existing parking places on the north-eastern side of
Lockington Road in connection with the repositioning of the existing
school keep clear marking and introduction of a new school keep
clear marking outside Newton Preparatory School. There will be an
approximate 6 metre loss of parking space.
4. The general effect of the Putney Parking Places Order will be to:
(a) remove 5 metres of parking place outside No. 49 Gressenhall Road
to accommodate a new vehicle crossover. A single yellow line waiting
restriction operating between 9.30am and 10.30am on Mondays to
Fridays will be provided at this location;
(b) remove 5 metres of parking place outside No. 10 St Simon’s
Avenue to accommodate a new vehicle crossover. A single yellow line
waiting restriction operating between 9.30am and 4.30pm on
Mondays to Fridays will be provided at this location; and
(c) make textual amendments to the Order in connection to Deodar
Road.
5. The general effect of the Roehampton Parking Places Order will be
to make certain amendments to the respective parent Order so as to
reflect the scheme and enable robust enforcement.
6. The general effect of the Tooting Broadway Parking Places Order
will be to join together the parking places outside Nos. 177 and 181
Trevelyan Road in place of a redundant single yellow line that
previously protected access to the former builder’s yard. This creates
an additional 7.5 metres of parking space.
ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE
7. The general effect of the Wandsworth Common Parking Places
Order will be to:
(a) reposition the parking place outside No. 69 Hendham Road to an
equal distance between the vehicle crossovers of Nos. 67 and 69
Hendham Road so as to prevent obstructive parking;
(b) remove the parking place outside Nos. 105 and 107 Hillbrook
Road to accommodate a new raised table at that location;
(c) extend the parking place on the south-east side of Hillbrook Road
adjacent to No. 138 Brudenell Road by approximately 3 metres; and
(d) reduce the parking place outside No. 111 St. James’s Drive by 0.5
metres.
8. The general effect of the Wandsworth Town Parking Places Order
will be to join together the parking places opposite Nos. 8 to 10
Pentland Street and at the rear of No. 114 St. Ann’s Hill in place of a
redundant vehicle crossover. The existing single yellow line waiting
restriction at that location will be removed.
9. The general effect of the Disabled Permit Parking Places Order will
be to amend the descriptions of the dedicated disabled persons
parking bays outside Nos. 101 and 103 Hillbrook Road so as to bring
them in line with the on street layout.
10. The general effect of the Prohibition of Stopping Outside Schools
Order will be to remove the existing school keep clear marking
opposite Nos. 103 to 109 Hillbrook Road.
11. The general effect of the Cycle Parking Areas Order will be to
designate the following areas on the south-west side of Hillbrook
Road as cycle parking areas:
(a) 5.7 metres opposite No. 103 Hillbrook Road;
(b) 5.2 metres opposite No. 107 Hillbrook Road; and
(c) 5.8 metres adjacent to No. 88 Hillbrook Road.
