By way of a first legal mortgage, all estates or interests in any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property now owned by the company, including:. 1. all that freehold land and buildings lying to the west of station road north hykeham being (a) the whole of the land comprised in title number LL171694 and in title number LL193729 and that part of the land comprised in title number LL237641 as is shown edged and numbered 2 in blue on the title plan to that title (title number LL237641); and (b) the property transferred to the company by a transfer dated 26 november 2020, and made between (1) stirling investments limited and (2) leafbridge limited. 2. land to the west of station road, north hykeham, lincoln being the whole of the land comprised in title number LL273092. 3. land to the west and north of station road, north hykeham being the whole of the land comprised in title number LL273994. 4. land to the north west of station road, north hykeham, lincoln being the whole of the land comprised in title number LL274042. And all present and future estates or interests of the company in, or over, any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property.
