LETHAM BAY DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED NOTICE is hereby given that on 3 July 2014, a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court within the Sheriffdom of Glasgow & Strathkelvin by Paul Duffy as the Liquidator of Heather Capital Limited (in Liquidation), a company incorporated in the Isle of Man under the Companies Acts 1931 (Number 114287C) and having its registered office c/o Ernst & Young LLC, Rose House, 51-59 Circular Road, Douglas, Isle of Man, for the restoration of Letham Bay Developments Limited (registration number SC199576) having its registered office at Henderson Loggie Sinclair Wood, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow G1 3NQ to the Register of Companies.
