All and whole that dwellinghouse known as 32 muirton place, perth PH1 5DL being the westmost flat on the top floor of the block of dwellinghouses numbered 24-34 muirton place, perth PH1 5DL (hereinafter referred to as the “block”) which said block is shown partly coloured pink and partly coloured pink and hatched black on the plan annexed and executed as relative hereto; together with ground floor garage number 3 pertaining thereto forming part of the block and which is shown coloured pink and hatched black on the said plan; all as the said dwellinghouse and garage are erected on and form part of the piece of ground described in the feu disposition by harvey cruickshank and others as trustees thereinmentioned in favour of a & j stephen limited recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of perth on 13TH april 1967; together also with (one) the storeroom pertaining thereto situated immediately adjacent to the subjects on the top floor common landing; (two) a right in common with the proprietors of the remaining dwellinghouses in the block to the solum of the block; (three) the whole common rights, rights of access and others specified and contained in the deed of conditions granted by a & j stephen limited recorded in the said division of the general of sasines on 15TH april 1968; (four) the whole fittings and fixtures; and (five) the whole other parts, privileges and pertinents effeiring to the subjects hereby described.
