Means the property, assets, rights and interests of the chargor (whether present or future) which are referred to and charged to the chargor in clause 3 or to be charged or each or any of them or part thereof under this charge, including the film, the film rights, all the chargor’s rights to the underlying materials and all property, assets, rights and interests of the chargor which are charged or to be charged under this charge in favour of the chargee and all other property and assets which at any time are or are required to be charged in favour of the chargee under this charge.
