February 2024 the following resolutions were passed as a special
resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew David
Haslam (IP No. 9551) and Antonya Allison (IP No. 23270) both of FRP
Advisory Trading Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor, Bulman House, Regent
Centre, Gosforth, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 3LS be and are hereby
appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding
up."

Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the above named
Company, over which I was appointed Joint Liquidator on 20 February
2024 are required, on or before 15 March 2024 to send in their full
names, their addresses and descriptions, full particulars of their debts
or claims and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to
the undersigned Andrew David Haslam of FRP Advisory Trading
Limited, Suite 5, 2nd Floor Bulman House Regent Centre Newcastle
Upon Tyne the Joint Liquidator of the said Company, and, if so
required by notice in writing from the said Joint Liquidator, are,
personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or
claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice. A
distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in
respect of a debt not proved.
The winding up is a members' voluntary winding up and it is
anticipated that all debts will be paid.
