All and whole (one) all and whole (first) those forty-three falls of ground or thereby all now enclosed lying on the east end of the millhill of musselburgh and on the north side of the high road leading to the stone bridge across the dam; and (second) that piece of ground measuring one rood six falls and a quarter scots measure lying on the north of what was formerly the boundary wall (now taken down) of the garden first hereinbefore described; with the dwellinghouse known as trafalgar lodge and all other buildings erected on the said subjects, all lying in the county of edinburgh (now midlothian) and being the whole subjects disponed by and particularly described in disposition by the trustees of the late john legat in favour of the former loretto school limited (since liquidated), dated nineteenth, twentieth, and twenty-first april and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines for the county of edinburgh (now midlothian) on the sixteenth day of may all in the year nineteen hundred and thirteen; (two) all and whole those two pieces of ground extending respectively to forty-seven falls or thereby and thirty-one poles fifteen yards or thereby, lying on the east end of the millhill of musselburgh, in the burgh of musselburgh, parish of inveresk and county of edinburgh (now midlothian), with the house known as "holm house" erected thereon, being the subjects disponed by and particularly described in disposition by willam john dickson in favour of the former loretto school limited (since liquidated) dated, tenth and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines, fifteenth both days of may nineteen hundred and eighteen; and (three) all and whole the subjects known as "balcarres" consisting of those two pieces of ground lying in the end of the millhill of musselburgh and on the north side of the high road leading to the stone bridge across the dam, within the liberties of musselburgh, parish of inveresk and county of midlothian (formerly edinburgh), with the buildings and other erections on the said two pieces of ground, being the whole subjects disponed by and particularly described in disposition by the trustees of the late james lamb bisset with consent in favour of the former loretto school limited (since liquidated), dated twenty-third, twenty-fifth and twenty-seventh all days of april and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on seventeenth day of may all in the year nineteen hundred and thirty-five all as said subjects are now known as trafalgar lodge, 27-39 millhill, musselburgh EH21 7RH.

All and whole (one) all and whole that area or piece of ground comprehending two acres and three hundred decimal or one thousandth parts of an acre or thereby imperial measure, situated at fisherrow, musselburgh, in the parish of inveresk and county of edinburgh (now midlothian), together with the dwellinghouse known as north esk lodge and other buildings thereon being the subjects disponed by and particularly described in and coloured red on the plan annexed and signed as relative to disposition by mrs eleanora frances tristram or almond in favour of the former loretto school limited (since liquidated), dated tenth and recorded in the division of the general register of sasines applicable to the county of edinburgh (now midlothian) on the nineteenth both days of november nineteen hundred and six; (two) all and whole that tenement of land formerly known as trinity house, fisherrow, musselburgh, and now as number eight new street, musselburgh with the yard and pertinents and the building of the former sanatorium also erected thereon lying within the privilege of the town of musselburgh and county of midlothian (formerly edinburgh) particularly described in disposition by mrs eleanora frances tristram or almond in favour of the former loretto school limited (since liquidated), dated twenty sixth, twenty-seventh and twenty-ninth days of february and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on the fifth day of march all in the year nineteen hundred and four under exception of (first) that part of the subjects before described disponed by and particularly described in disposition by the former loretto school limited (since liquidated) in favour of william hope and another dated twenty-ninth and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on thirtieth both days of may nineteen hundred and five and (second) that part of the subjects before described disponed by and particularly described in disposition by loretto school limited in favour of stephen o'brian & another registered in the land register of scotland under title number MID48796 on nineteenth september two thousand and three; and (three) all and whole that house, office houses, garden ground and pertinents now called eskbank lying within the parish of inveresk, regality of musselburgh and county of edinburgh (now midlothian) disponed by (under exception as therein mentioned) and particularly and by reference described in disposition by the trustees of the late doctor john kirkwood with consent in favour of the trustees acting under the trust deed by mrs eleanora frances tristram or almond dated eighteenth and twenty-first december eighteen hundred and three dated said disposition second, fourth and sixth and recorded in the said division of the general register of sasines on sixteenth all days of august nineteen hundred and twenty-six all as said subjects are now known as north esk lodge, 1-9 north high street, musselburgh EH21 6JA.
