The chargor charges by way of legal mortgage: the property described opposite its name in schedule 1, part 1 (the property), being (I) castle mill, becks road, keighley, registered at land registry under title number WYK740755; (ii) part of land on north side of 1 ragland street, keighley, BD22 6BE registered at land registry under title number WYK742797 pursuant to a transfer of part to be entered into between (1) garry bennett and lynne marie bennett and (2) the chargor; (iii) part of 1 castle hill, keighley, BD22 registered at land registry under title number: WYK284287 pursuant to a transfer of part to be entered into between (1) michael bennett and (2) the chargor, and identified on the plan attached to this deed, and other freehold or leasehold property now vested in the chargor. The chargor charges by way of fixed charge each of the following including all rights of enforcement of the same: to the extent that they are not the subject of a legal mortgage under clause 3.2 (mortgage) above, all freehold or leasehold property now vested in it; its interest in any freehold or leasehold property acquired after the date of this deed; and its intellectual property rights, present and future.
