LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that: (a) with effect from 7 February 2020, MacAndrews UK Limited resigned as the general partner of MacAndrews Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP018820 (the "Partnership") (the "Resignation"); and (b) with effect from 7 February 2020, immediately upon the Resignation taking effect, Containerships (UK) Limited, was admitted as the general partner of the Partnership. Consequently, as of that date, MacAndrews UK Limited ceased to be the general partner of the Partnership.
