District councils must ensure that new petrol vapour recovery (“PVR”) equipment installed at service stations is compliant with a new test method for the certification of these PVR systems. District councils must also ensure that the PVR process is tested according to the new methods to be used at service stations to verify the effective operation of these PVR systems.
