LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that MC Private Equity IV GP, LLC (the “Initial General Partner”) ceased to be a general partner in the MC Private Equity IV UK AIV, LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP023476 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 22 December 2023 by virtue of a transfer by the Initial General Partner of its entire interest in the Partnership to MC Private Equity IV GP 2 LLC and MC Private Equity IV UK LLP in equal proportions.
