REGISTERED IN SCOTLAND NUMBER SL011949 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Montana Capital Partners AG has transferred its entire interest in mcp Annual Secondary Program Annex, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL011949 (the “Partnership”) to Summit Investment AG. As a result of the transfer, Montana Capital Partners AG has ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Summit Investment AG became a limited partner in the Partnership.
