A fixed charge over: (I) the freehold land and buildings at allenby laboratories, wigan road, bolton, BL25 2AL as registered at hm land registry with title number GM144015;(ii) all plant and machinery owned by the chargor and its interest in any plant and machinery in its possession; (iii) all rights, interests and claims in the insurance policies and material contracts relating to the property; (iv) the benefit of all licences, consents and authorisations relating to the property. A floating charge on all moveable plant, machinery, implements, utensils, furniture and equipment owned by the chargor which is in place or used in or upon the real property.
