1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council
proposes to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and
124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:
(a) on the north-east side of Garway Road:
(i) extend the single yellow line waiting restrictions outside No. 18
south-eastward by 19.5 metres and introduce 25.7 metres of Monday
to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. loading
restrictions – these waiting and loading restrictions would replace 6.1
metres of residents’ parking (1 space) and 13.4 metres of pay-by-
phone parking (3 bays) outside Nos. 14 to 18; and
(ii) extend the residents’ parking place outside Nos. 2 to 8 north-
westward by 3 metres and south-eastward by 5 metres, increasing its
total length to 30 metres;
(b) on the south-west side of Garway Road:
(i) introduce single yellow line Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
and Saturday 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. waiting restrictions and Monday
to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. loading
restrictions outside Nos. 1 and 3, replacing 10.5 metres of residents’
parking (2 spaces); and
(ii) introduce 7 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting
restrictions across the dropped kerb outside No. 1;
(c) on the north-east side of Inverness Terrace:
(i) relocate the pay-by-phone parking place opposite Nos. 125 to 135
north-westward by 15.2 metres and shorten its length by 4.4 metres
(1 space) at its south-eastern end;
(ii) introduce 5 metres of residents’ parking opposite Nos. 129 and
131;
(iii) introduce 15 metres of single yellow line Monday to Friday 8.30
a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and Saturday 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. waiting
restrictions and Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 2.00
p.m. to 4.00 p.m. loading restrictions opposite Nos. 125 to 129 – see
also paragraph 2(c)(i) above;
(d) on the south-west side of Inverness Terrace, introduce double

(e) on the north-east side of Monmouth Road, extend the residents’

2. The general effect of the Orders, in connection with the staged
introduction of the St. John’s Wood to Marylebone Cycleway (C51),
would be to:
(a) revise parking provisions and waiting and loading restrictions along
the cycle route as set out in the Schedule to this Notice;
(b) introduce contra-flow cycling in Enford Street, between its
junctions with Marylebone Road and York Street – a mandatory
contra-flow cycle lane would be introduced on the eastern side, at its
junction with Marylebone Road;
(c) introduce one-way working southbound in Harewood Avenue,
between Melcombe Place and Marylebone Road;
(d) reverse the one-way working on Harewood Row so that it applies
in a south-westbound direction (pedal cycles would be permitted to
travel in both directions); and
(e) reverse the one-way working on Hayes Place so that it applies in a
north-eastbound direction.
3. It is also proposed to:
(a) introduce a segregated two-way flow cycle track on the north-east
side of Harewood Avenue, between Broadley Terrace and Hayes
Place;
(b) introduce segregated with-flow cycle tracks on the north-east side
of Harewood Avenue:
(i) between Hayes Place and Melcombe Place; and
(ii) between Melcombe Place and Marylebone Road; and
(c) introduce a segregated contra-flow cycle track on the south-west
side of Harewood Avenue, between Melcombe Place and Marylebone
Road.
4. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City
Council, in accordance with the provisions of section 23 of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, intends to:
(a) amend the “zebra” pedestrian crossing and associated zig-zag
markings on Harewood Avenue, adjacent to Marylebone Station and
No. 3 Harewood Row, to include a cycle route – the crossing and
associated zig-zag markings would extend from a point 1.4 metres
north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Harewood Row to a point
1.3 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of the goods
vehicle entrance to No. 3 Harewood Row;
(b) amend the “zebra” pedestrian crossing outside Nos. 7 and 10
Harewood Avenue to include a cycle crossing facility – the crossing
and associated zig-zag markings would extend from a point 3.5
metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of Hayes Place to a
point 23.9 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of Hayes
Place;
(c) introduce a “zebra” pedestrian / cycle crossing and associated zig-
zag markings outside No. 49 Harewood Avenue which would extend
from the north-western kerb-line of Broadley Terrace to a point 2.8
metres south-east of the party wall of Nos. 47 and 49;

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council on 22nd
September 2025 made the following Orders under sections 6, 45, 46,

2. The general effect of the Orders, in connection with a joint proposal
with the London Borough of Camden to introduce a segregated
contraflow cycle track on the Camden (north-east) side of Cleveland
Street, between Maple Street and Mortimer Street, will be to:
(a) on the south-west side of Cleveland Street:
(i) opposite Take-Two House, No. 30, remove the “White Badge”
disabled person’s parking bay (5 metres) – to be relocated to Riding
House Street; and
(ii) adjacent to Fitzroy Place, Mortimer Street, remove the “Blue
Badge” disabled persons’ parking bay (6 metres) – to be relocated to
Foley Street; and remove the “White Badge” disabled person’s
parking bay (6 metres) – to be relocated to Newman Street;
(b) on the north-west side of Foley Street, outside the party wall of
John Astor House and the King and Queen Public House, No. 1,
introduce a “Blue Badge” disabled persons’ parking place (5 metres),
replacing two pay-by-phone parking bays (12 metres);
(c) on the south-west side of Newman Street, outside Nos. 50-57,
remove 30 metres of residents’ parking and 3 metres of motorcycle
parking – to be relocated to the opposite side of the road;
(d) on the north-east side of Newman Street, outside Julia House and
Nos. 44 to 46 and The Cambridge Public House, No. 48, introduce a
“White Badge” disabled person’s parking bay (6 metres), a residents’
parking place (30 metres) and a motorcycle parking place (3 metres);
and
(e) on the south-east side of Riding House Street:
(i) opposite Nos. 61 to 65, relocate the motorcycle parking place
north-eastward by 1.6 metres; and
(ii) opposite Nos. 67 to 73, introduce a “White Badge” disabled
person’s parking bay (5 metres).
Please note that the Orders introducing changes to waiting and
loading restrictions and prescribed traffic movements in Cleveland
Street, Foley Street, Newman Street and Riding House Street, as set
out in the Notice of Proposals published on 18th June 2025, will be
made in due course.
3. The Orders, which will come into force on 25th September 2025,
and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of
Haringey on 18th September 2025 has made the above-mentioned
Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49, 51 and 124 of and Part IV of
Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
The general effect of the Orders would be to:-
(a) Introduce the Jarrow Road Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) and
introduce parking controls operating between the hours of 8am and
6:30pm on Monday to Saturday on Jarrow Road N17, between the
junction with Ferry Lane to a point approximately 100 metres
northwest from the junction with Yarmouth Crescent, and to prohibit
waiting by vehicles other than in the designated parking places
provided during those hours.
(b) Designate resident permit holders only parking places operating at
zone times within the extent of Jarrow Road N17 listed in section (a)
above to this notice where vehicles displaying a valid residents
parking permit or visitors’ permit would be permitted to wait without
time limit.
(c) Introduce loading restrictions operating at any time on the existing
double yellow lines around the entirety of the bus shelter island on
Jarrow Road N17 (north of the rail overpass) and on the east side of
Jarrow Road N17, from the southern junction with the bus shelter
access road in a southerly direction for approximately 34 metres
(under the rail overpass).
(d) Introduce waiting restrictions operating at any time on the south
and east side of the bus shelter access road on Jarrow Road N17
(adjacent to the bus shelter).
(e) Introduce waiting and loading restrictions operating at any time on
both sides of the Ferry Lane School Access road on Jarrow Road
N17.
(f) To replace existing no waiting at any time restrictions on the west
side of Jarrow Road N17 with 20 metres of ‘pay by phone’ only
parking and 20 metres of shared use resident permit holders only/pay
by phone only parking opposite the southern junction with the bus
shelter access road where vehicles:-
(i) that have had a period purchased for them to be parked using the
‘pay by phone’ system would be permitted to wait for a maximum
period of 2 hours with no return to that parking place within 1 hour of
leaving it;
(ii) in the case of the shared use bay, vehicles displaying a valid
residents parking permit or a visitors’ permit would be permitted to
wait without time limit.
(g) All other existing waiting restrictions within the proposed Jarrow
Road CPZ area will remain unchanged.
Residents of the roads listed in the Schedule to this Notice (providing
that their property is not part of a car free development) would be able
to purchase parking permits and visitors parking permits, for
passenger vehicles, goods carrying vehicles (the overall height of
which does not exceed 2.27 metres and the overall length of which
does not exceed 5.25 metres). Permits/vouchers for the controlled
parking zone would only be valid in the zone for which they are
issued.
PAY BY PHONE CHARGES: Jarrow Road CPZ will fall under Tariff
band 2 (medium) – currently charged at £2.31 per hour (+25% diesel
surcharge)

2. The general effect of the Free Parking Places Order will be to install
new inset footway 20 minutes maximum stay parking place with no
return within 1 hour, operating on all days on the north-east side of
Westfield Avenue, between a point 5.4 metres north-west of the
north-western kerb-line of Turing Street and a point 8.6 metres south-
east of that kerb-line.
3. The general effect of the Disabled Persons Community Parking
Place Order will be to install new inset footway community disabled
persons parking places in Westfield Avenue for the use of blue badge
holders only, operating “at any time” on all days at the following
locations:
a) the north-east side, from a point 39 metres south-east of the south-
eastern kerb-line of Layard Street south-eastward for a distance of 14
metres;
b) the south-west side, from a point 34 metres north-west of the

from a point 19.8 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line of
Layard Street north-westward for a distance of 6.9 metres.
5. The general effect of the Prohibition of Stopping On Taxi Ranks
Order will be to prohibit stopping by vehicles “at any time” on all days,
except taxis, on a new Taxi Rank located within a footway layby on
the north-east side of Westfield Avenue from a point 25.4 metres
north-west of the south-eastern kerb-line of Four Dials north-
westward for a distance of 15 metres.
6. The general effect of the Loading Bays Order will be to relocate
existing loading bays and install new loading bays at Westfield
Avenue operating “at any time” on all days for vehicles to load or
unload only with a maximum stay of 1 hour and no return within 1
hour at the following locations:
a) Relocate two existing loading bays, on the south-west side,
between its junctions with Montfichet Road and Layard Street to the
following locations:
i) from a point 40.9 metres north-west of the north-western kerb-line
of Montfichet Road north-westward for a distance of 13.9 metres; and
ii) from a point 12.6 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line
of Layard Street south-eastward for a distance of 18 metres;
b) to install new inset footway loading bays at the following locations:
i) the north-east side, between a point 8.1 metres north-west of the
north-western kerb-line of Layard Street and a point 1.9 metres south-
east of that kerb-line;
ii) the south-west side:
A) from a point 4.4 metres south-east of the south-eastern kerb-line of
Turing Street south-eastward for a distance of 14.4 metres; and
B) from a point 35.8 metres north-west of the south-eastern kerb-line

7. The effect of the Prescribed Routes Order will be to:
a) introduce left turn bans for vehicles:
i) from Waterden Road into Olympic Park Avenue;
ii) from the vehicle exit from No. 1 International Way into International
Way;
iii) from International Way into Roundhouse Lane;
iv) from the access road to Westfield Service Yard into Westfield
Avenue;
b) introduce right turn bans for vehicles:
i) from Westfield Avenue into Olympic Park Avenue;*
ii) from an unnamed access road (opposite International Way) that
extends southward to Stratford Cross property development site on
the south into Westfield Avenue;
c) introduce “U” turn bans in:
i) International Way, at an island gap near the vehicle entrance to No.
1 International Way:
A) for any vehicle, excluding taxis, proceeding in the northbound
carriageway;
B) for any vehicle proceeding in the southbound carriageway;
ii) Westfield Avenue, for any vehicle, in any direction; and
d) convert the existing two-way working for vehicular traffic in
Olympic Park Avenue (between its junctions with Anthems Way and
Westfield Avenue) to one-way working from north to south only.
*Note - the notice of proposal published on 2 July 2025 contained a
typographical error. This has been corrected to Westfield Avenue as
shown above.
8. The general effect of the Waiting and Loading Order will be to
introduce waiting and loading restrictions at the following locations:
a) loading restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double kerb blips) in
Westfield Avenue, both sides, excluding the lengths covered by the
parking places and loading bays as detailed in paragraphs 2, 3, 4 and
6 above;
b) waiting restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double yellow lines) and
loading restrictions operating ‘at any time’ (double kerb blips) in:
i) Olympic Park Avenue, between its junctions with Anthems Way and
Westfield Avenue, both sides; and
ii) Roundhouse Lane, both sides, so much as is public highway.

Notice is hereby given to all actual and potential creditors (including
any potential creditor alleging that he has unliquidated or contingent
claims and any person alleging that he has a contractual arrangement
with the corporation which remains unsatisfied) of Geiko Investments
S.A., a Liberian corporation, that the corporation was voluntarily
dissolved with immediate effect pursuant to articles of dissolution
filed with the Liberian Ministry of Foreign Affairs on 10 September
2025. To make a claim against the corporation, you must file a written
statement including the amount of your claim, an explanation of your
claim sufficient to inform the corporation of the basis thereof, and any
supporting documentation relating to your claim on or before 10
March 2026 with the corporation at: 36 Leadenhall Street, London
EC3A 1AT, United Kingdom. Any claims made after made after this
date may be barred.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Block Transfer Order of
Insolvency and Companies Court (“ICC”) Judge Barber dated 27
August 2025, Amended by direction of ICC Judge Prentis of 15
September 2025 dated upon the application of Nedim Ailyan (IP
number 9072), Paul Atkinson (IP number 9314), and Glyn Mummery
(IP number 8996), Ben Stanyon was removed as Office Holder in the
cases listed in the schedules annexed to the Order (“Schedules”) and
the following persons were appointed as Office Holders in accordance
with the below schedule:
• Nedim Ailyan (IP number 9072) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited,
Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Great Warley,
Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE;
• Paul Atkinson (IP number 9314) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited,
Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Great Warley,
Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE;
• Glyn Mummery (IP number 8996) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited,
Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Great Warley,
Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE;
• Miles Needham (IP number 14372) of FRP Advisory Trading Limited,
4 Beaconsfield Road, ST. ALBANS, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD;
• David Willis (IP number 9180) of First Floor, No 34 Falcon Court,

All removals and replacement appointments were made with
immediate effect.
It has been ordered that:
1.1 The insolvency cases listed in Schedules 5A and 5B currently
within the jurisdiction of the County Courts be transferred to the High
Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales,
Insolvency and Companies List (ChD) to give effect to the provisions
of this order.
2.1 The First Respondent, Ben Stanyon, be removed from office as
the Liquidator of the companies in Creditors Voluntary Liquidation
(“CVL”) detailed in Schedules 1A and 1B annexed hereto, with effect
from the date of this Order, pursuant to section 108 of the Insolvency
Act 1986 (the “IA 1986”) and rule 12.36(2)(a) of the Insolvency
(England and Wales) Rules 2016 (the “IR 2016”).
2.2 The First Respondent, Ben Stanyon, be removed from office as
the Liquidator of the companies in Members Voluntary Liquidation
(“MVL”) listed in Schedule 2 annexed hereto with effect from the date
of this Order, pursuant to section 108 of the IA 1986 and rule 12.36(2)
(a) of the IR 2016.
2.3 The First Respondent, Ben Stanyon, be removed from office as
the Liquidator of the companies in Compulsory Liquidation listed in
Schedule 3A and 3B annexed hereto with effect from the date of this
Order, pursuant to section 172(2) of the IA 1986 and rule 12.36(2)(a) of
the IR 2016.
2.4 The First Respondent, Ben Stanyon, be removed from office as
the Administrator of the companies in Administration listed in
Schedule 4A and 4B annexed hereto with effect from the date of this
Order, pursuant to paragraph 88 of Schedule B1 of the IA 1986 and
rule 12.36(2)(b) of the IR 2016.
2.5 The First Respondent, Ben Stanyon, be removed from office as
the Trustee in Bankruptcy of the bankruptcy estates listed in Schedule
5A and 5B annexed hereto with effect from the date of this Order,
pursuant to section 298 of the IA 1986 and rule 12.36(2)(c) of the IR
2016.
2.6 The First Respondent, Ben Stanyon, be removed from office as
the supervisor of the company in Company Voluntary Arrangements
(“CVA”) listed in Schedule 6 annexed hereto with effect from the date
of this Order, pursuant to section 7(5) of the IA 1986 and rule 12.36(2)
(d) of the IR 2016.
2.7 The First Respondent, Ben Stanyon, be removed from office as
the supervisor of the individual in Individual Voluntary Arrangements
(“IVA”) listed in Schedule 7 annexed hereto with effect from the date
of this Order, pursuant to section 263(5) of the IA 1986 and rule
12.36(2)(d) of the IR 2016.
OTHER NOTICES
3.1 The First Applicant, Nedim Ailyan, having confirmed that he is
qualified to act as the Licenced Insolvency Practitioner and that he
consents to act in respect of the companies detailed in the Schedules
1B and 3B annexed hereto, be appointed to replace Ben Stanyon, as
the office-holder of 12529130 Limited (formerly ARC V Ltd) and Spider
Box Site 1 Ltd both detailed in Schedule 1B and ROC Private Clinic
Limited detailed in Schedule 3B.
3.2 Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done
by an office-holder may be done by Nedim Ailyan, as the replacement
office-holder, of 12529130 Limited (formerly ARC V Ltd) and Spider
Box Site 1 Ltd both detailed in Schedule 1B and ROC Private Clinic
Limited detailed in Schedule 3B.
4.1 The Second Applicant, Paul Atkinson, having confirmed that he is
qualified to act as the Licenced Insolvency Practitioner and that he
consents to act in respect of the companies detailed in the Schedules
1A, 2, 3A, 4A, and 5A annexed hereto, be appointed to replace Ben
Stanyon, as the office-holder in each of the matters set out in
Schedules 1A, 2, 3A, 4A and 5A.
5.1 The Second Applicant, Paul Atkinson, having confirmed that he is
qualified to act as the Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and that he
consents to act in respect of the insolvency cases detailed in
Schedules 6 and 7 annexed hereto, be substituted as supervisor to
replace Ben Stanyon as office-holder in each of the matters set out in
Schedules 6 and 7.
5.2 Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done
by an office-holder may be done by Paul Atkinson, as the
replacement office-holder, of each insolvency estate detailed in
Schedules 1A, 2, 3A, 4A, 5A, 6 and 7.
6.1 The Third Applicant, Glyn Mummery, having confirmed that he is
qualified to act as the Licenced Insolvency Practitioner and that he
consents to act in respect of the companies detailed in the Schedules
1B, 3B, 4B and 5B annexed hereto, be appointed to replace Ben
Stanyon, as the office-holder in each of the matters set out in
Schedules 1B, 3B, 4B and 5B.
6.2 Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done
by an office-holder may be done by Glyn Mummery, as the
replacement office-holder, of each insolvent estate detailed in the
Schedules 1B, 3B, 4B and 5B.
7.1 The Seventh Respondent, Miles Needham, having confirmed that
he is qualified to act as the Licenced Insolvency Practitioner and that
he consents to act in respect of the company detailed in Schedule 1B
annexed hereto, being Academy Residences Limited (Co. No.
08414318) be appointed to replace Ben Stanyon, as the office-holder.
7.2 Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done
by an office-holder may be done by Miles Needham, as the
replacement office-holder, of Academy Residences Limited as
detailed in Schedule 1B.
8.1 The Eighth Respondent, David Willis, having confirmed that he is
qualified to act as the Licenced Insolvency Practitioner and that he
consents to act in respect of the company detailed in Schedule 1B
annexed hereto, being DG Power Design Limited (Co. No. 09089898)
be appointed to replace Ben Stanyon, as the office-holder.
8.2 Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done
by an office-holder may be done by David Willis, as the replacement
office-holder, of DG Power Design Limited as detailed in Schedule 1B.
9.1 The Ninth Respondent, David Hinrichsen, having confirmed that
he is qualified to act as the Licenced Insolvency Practitioner and that
he consents to act in respect of the company detailed in Schedule 3B
annexed hereto, being MSHA International Ltd (Co. No. 02645431) be
appointed to replace Ben Stanyon, as the office-holder.
9.2 Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done
by an office-holder may be done by David Hinrichsen, as the
replacement office-holder, of MSHA International Ltd as detailed in
Schedule 3B.
10.1 The Applicants shall give notice of this Order to the creditors of
the estates listed in Schedules 1A, 1B, 3A, 3B, 4A, 4B, 5A, 5B, 6 and
7 which are in CVL, Compulsory Liquidation, Administration,
Bankruptcy, CVA or IVAs and to the members of the companies in
MVL listed in Schedule 2, by publishing a single composite notice
relating to the replacement and appointment, as detailed in the
schedules, in the London Gazette within 28 days of this Order. This
notice shall be done in substitution for notifying each individual
creditors or member (as applicable) for each estate.
10.2 The Applicants shall give notice to the Secretary of State and the
Registrar of Companies in respect of the terms of this Order as soon
as reasonably practicable following the making of this Order.
10.3 Permission is given to the Secretary of State to apply to vary this
Order at any time up to 28 days after the notice referred to in
paragraph 10.1 above is published.
10.4 Giving notice of the Order at the same time as the next routine
report is due pursuant to statute or within twelve months following the
making of this Order, whichever is sooner, such notice to contain the
following matters:
10.4.1 An explanation of the effect of this Order;
10.4.2 In the case of liquidations, where liquidation committees of
creditors’ committees have been appointed, an explanation that, to
the extent that any information which would otherwise be required to
be provided has not already been provided as part of the report, it is
open to that committee to require the Applicant to provide an account
of the administration of the estate, including a summary of receipts
and payments and a statement that they have reconciled the
accounts;
10.4.3 In the case of liquidations where no committees have been
appointed, an explanation that, to the extent that such information as
aforesaid has not already been provided as part of the report, it is
open to any creditor to apply to court for an Order that the Applicant
does provide an account of the administration of the estate, including
a summary of receipts and payments and a statement that they have
reconciled accounts;
10.4.4 Notification that if the replacement office-holder has been
required to provide the information referred to in 10.4.2 and 10.4.3
above, whether by a committee or by court order on the application of
any creditor, the cost of the replacement office-holder of so complying
will, unless there be good reason to the contrary, be paid as an
expense of the liquidation; and
10.4.5 In the case of liquidations, notification to each creditor of his
right under regulation 11(2) of the Insolvency Regulations 1994 to
require the replacement office-holder to supply a statement of
receipts and payments free of charge.
10.5 In relation to the companies in the Schedules hereto, in so far as
there is any requirement for any appointment or removal of an office-
holder to be advertised, the requirement shall be dispensed with save
to the extent provided for in paragraph 10.1 above.
10.6 The Applicants and Respondents be authorised to dispense with
any requirement to file a progress report or a receipts and payments
account in any of the cases set out in the Schedules hereto as a
consequence of the removal and replacement of Ben Stanyon as an
office-holder, and the Applicants or Respondents (as appropriate) to
file progress reports or receipts and payments accounts in the normal
way.
11.1 There be liberty to each creditor or member of each estate
detailed in the Schedules hereto to apply to vary or discharge this
Order within 28 days of receipt of the notices directed to be sent
under paragraph 10.1 above.
12.1 The insolvency cases listed in Schedules 5A and 5B currently
within the jurisdiction of the County Courts be transferred to the High
Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales,
Insolvency and Companies List (ChD) to give effect to the provisions
of this order.
