LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 MONTAGU GP COMMITMENT LP (the “Partnership”) (Registered No. SL021020) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 31 March 2023 Jemmap UK Limited transferred to Jemmap Capital SC all of the interest held in the Partnership (represented by a capital contribution of €10) and that with effect from the same date, Jemmap UK Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Jemmap Capital SC became a limited partner in the Partnership.
