Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, pursuant to a transfer agreement dated 25 October 2017, MREF IV Limited transferred to Precis (2773) Limited, in its capacity as general partner of Precis (2773) Carried Interest Limited Partnership, the entirety of its interest held in MREF IV "A" Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales, with registration number LP017901 (the "Partnership"). By virtue of this transfer, MREF IV Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. ("Electra") disposed of 100% of the interest held by it in Motion II 'A' LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP010578, to Committed Advisors Secondary Fund III, S.L.P. ("Committed Advisors") and that, with effect from 30 November 2017, Electra ceased to be, and Committed Advisors became, a limited partner in the Partnership. By virtue of this transfer, MREF IV Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that, pursuant to a transfer agreement dated 3 November 2017, MREF IV Limited transferred to Precis (2773) Limited, in its capacity as general partner of Precis (2773) Carried Interest Limited Partnership, £1.00 of its interest held in MREF IV "B" Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales, with registration number LP017902 (the "Partnership").
