All and whole the land and buildings known as 197 main street, salsburgh, shotts ML7 4LS shown tinted pink, blue and yellow on the plan comprising (first) all and whole that plot or area of ground containing one rood, twenty-seven and one-third poles or thereby being the subjects described in and disponed by disposition by david gibson and wiliam gibson in favour of peter irvine (the said peter irvine being therein designed as garage proprietor residing at muirhall cottages, salsburgh) dated 3 and recorded in the general register of sasines for the county of lanark on 7, both days of may 1938, (second) all and whole that plot of land lying upon the north side of the road leading from edinburgh to glasgow being the subjects more particularly described in a lease granted by david young, merchant in glasgow in favour of thomas mitchell in the parish of shotts dated 26 march 1785 and recorded in the general register of sasines for the county of lanark on 20 march 1912 along with notarial instrument thereon in favour of john forsyth, main street, newarthill, recorded in the general register of sasines for the county of lanark on 20 march 1912, and (third) all and whole that plot or area of ground extending to sixty decimal or one hundredth parts of an acre or thereby being the subjects described in and disponed by feu contract containing feu disposition by airdrie coatbridge and district water board in favour of peter irvine, peter irvine junior and john irvine as trustees for the firm of P. irvine & sons, motor coach proprietors, muirhall garage, salsburgh dated 17 and 24, both days in may and recorded in the general register of sasines for the county of lanark on 2 june, both months in 1949; together with (one) the parts, privileges and pertinents; (two) the whole buildings and erections erected thereon; (three) the whole fixtures and fittings therein and thereon; and (four) the borrower's whole right, title and interest present and future in and to the property secured.
