LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 MVM V (2020) LP (Registered No. LP021259) (the "Partnership") TRANSFER OF PARTNERSHIP INTEREST Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on their respective dates (the “Effective Dates”), the following partners: i. WP PCC Limited - MPL Cell (25 July 2025); ii. 3424065 Canada Inc (17 July 2025); iii. Attinger Private Equity 2018, LLC (17 July 2025); iv.Bleichroeder Private Investments LLC, Series 1 (MVM) (19 July 2025); v. Centaur Partners VII LP (17 July 2025); vi. Delfinco LP (28 July 2025); vii. Dorking Ltd (17 July 2025); viii. Elisa Fontanes (18 July 2025); ix. Fire & Police Pension Association of Colorado (22 July 2025); x. Nicole Kalajian (16 July 2025); and xi. Sabban Group SPC (5 August 2025) (together the "Transferors"), transferred the whole of their respective interests in the Partnership to MVM GP (No.5) LP acting by its general partner MVM GP (No 5) LLP (the “Transferee”). As a result of the above transfers, with effect from their respective Effective Dates, the Transferors ceased to be limited partners in the Partnership. On 3 September 2025, the Transferee transferred part of its interest in the Partnership to MVM (GP) (No.5a) Limited.
