HEATHROW AIRPORT TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
(WEST RAMP) NO.4 TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
Heathrow Airport Limited GIVES NOTICE that it made the above
Order under Sections 6, 14(1) and 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation
Act 1984 (as amended), and all other enabling powers, to enable
highways drainage and resurfacing works to take place at Heathrow
Airport. The Order came into effect on Wednesday 11th June 2025.
The general effect of the Order is as described in the Notice of Intent
published in the London Gazette issue dated 4th June 2025. The
prohibitions of the Order shall only apply to such times and such
extent as indicated by the placing of appropriate traffic signs.
Alternative routes for diverted vehicles should be available locally and
should be indicated via signage. Queries concerning the restrictions

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of
Haringey proposes to make the above mentioned Orders under
sections 6, 45, 46 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended and to amend footway
parking places under section 15 of the GLC General Powers Act
1974.
The general effect of the order is to:
1) To replace the approximately 3 metres of existing Permit Holders
Only parking bay (in footway) with a Single Yellow Line adjacent to
No.318c/d White Hart Lane N17 on Weir Hall Road N17, starting 0.6
metres south from the rear property boundary of No.33 Barkham
Road heading southwards. These changes are required to facilitate
the installation of a vehicle crossover at this location.
2) To amend the double yellow lines/adjacent permit holders only bays
at the junction with Weir Hall Road/White Hart Lane N17 in
accordance with the kerb line. This is purely an administrative change
which will result in no physical changes on site.
A copy of the proposed Orders, a copy of this notice, a copy of the
Council’s statement of reasons for making the proposed Orders and
plan(s) showing the locations and effects of the Orders can be viewed
via the online consultation portal https://consultation.appyway.com/
haringey Alternatively, an appointment can be made, by emailing
[email protected] to inspect these documents during
normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10
Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR. Appointments to inspect the
documents will be available until the end of a period of 6 weeks from
the date on which the Orders are made or the Council decides not to
make the Orders.
Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other
representation should send grounds for their objection via the online

Notice is given that at 12:31 hours on Thursday 12th June 2025 at M5
Quinton in the county of West Midlands, by virtue of powers under
regulation 3 of the Goods Vehicles (Enforcement Powers) Regulations
2009 (“the 2009 Regulations”) the Driver and Vehicle Standards
Agency detained the following vehicle:
Registration number: KX67RZB Type: Scania 4 axle rigid tipper
At the time the vehicle was detained it was laden with mixed stone &
waste. Any person having a claim to the vehicle is required to
establish their claim in writing on or before 09th July 2025 by sending
it by post to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner, Ivy House, 3 Ivy
Terrace, Eastbourne, BN21 4QT (regulations 9,10 and 22 of the 2009
Regulations). If on or by the date given in this notice, no person has
established that he is entitled to the return of the vehicle, the Driver
and Vehicle Standards Agency shall be entitled to dispose of it as it
thinks fit (Regulations 14 and 15 of the 2009 Regulations).
Any person having a claim to the contents of the above vehicle or any
part thereof is also required to establish their claim in writing on or
before 09th July 2025 by sending it by post to Enforcement Services,

Notice is given that at 10:45 hours on Thursday 12th June 2025 at
Throckmorton Industrial Estate, Throckmorton Airfield, Pershore in the
County of Worcestershire, by virtue of powers under regulation 3 of
the Goods Vehicles (Enforcement Powers) Regulations 2009 (“the
2009 Regulations”) the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency detained
the following vehicle:
Registration number: BU18FXZ Type: Scania articulated vehicle.
The vehicle was towing a trailer and was laden with two heavy goods
vehicles. Any person having a claim to the vehicle is required to
establish their claim in writing on or before 09th July 2025 by sending
it by post to the Office of the Traffic Commissioner, Ivy House, 3 Ivy
