Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 92 of the INSOLVENCY
(NORTHERN IRELAND) ORDER 1989, that the Final Meeting of the
members and creditors of the above-named Company will be held at
the offices of James B Kennedy & Co Ltd, Unit A1, Boucher Business
Studios, Glenmachan Place, Belfast BT12 6QH, on Monday 18th May
2020 at 2.30pm and 2.45pm for the purpose of receiving an account
of the Liquidator’s Acts and Dealings and of the conduct of the
winding-up to date.
In order to comply with current government and health care advice
during the Covid-19 pandemic a physical meeting of members and
creditors cannot take place. In order to provide creditors with the
opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held
remotely by telephone conferencing facilities.
In order to make suitable arrangements to ensure that all those
wishing to participate are able to take part, creditors are requested to
submit their proxy form in advance of the meeting and indicate that
they wish to be sent details by email of how they may participate in
the meeting at the required time. All proxies and requests should be

Creditors wishing to vote at that meeting must (unless they are
individual members attending in person) lodge their proxies at the

AUSTIN REED GROUP PENSION FUND
Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
that the trustee of the Austin Reed Group Pension Fund (the
“Scheme”) is intending to distribute the assets of the Scheme in
accordance with the Scheme’s governing documentation and the
rules of the Pension Protection Fund (“PPF”). It is intended that this
will be achieved by the transfer of members’ defined benefits (or final
salary benefits) to the PPF, if the PPF assumes responsibility for the
Scheme. The Scheme entered a PPF Assessment Period with effect
from 26 April 2016.
The following are requested to write to the Trustee of the Austin Reed
Group Pension Fund, c/o Mercer Limited, 1 Whitehall Quay, Whitehall
Road, Leeds, LS1 4HR, on or before 8 December 2016:
• Any employee or former employee of Austin Reed Group Limited
(00164291), or any other companies associated with Austin Reed
Group Limited (including without limitation Austin Reed Limited,
Country Casuals Limited, Chester Barrie Limited and Robertsons of
Dumfries Limited), who believes that he/she was a member of the
Scheme and who is not already receiving a pension in respect of
his/her membership of the Scheme;
• Any person who believes themselves to be a beneficiary of the
Scheme as the widow, widower or dependant of a deceased member
of the Scheme; and
• Any other person who believes they have a claim against, or an
interest in, the Scheme.
Claimants should provide their full name, address, date of birth,
National Insurance number and details of when they were members of
the Scheme.
The trustee has made every reasonable attempt to contact members
of the Scheme and claimants need not write if they have received
correspondence from the trustee within the last 12 months.
After 8 December 2016, the trustee will proceed to deal with the
assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled to them, having
regard only (subject to the discretion of the PPF) to the claims and
interests of which they have prior notice and in relation to the assets
used for such distribution will not be liable to any person or persons
for a claim of which they do not have notice.
