LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 14 December 2016, GKN Group Pension Trustee Limited (as Trustee of GKN Group Pension Scheme) transferred to GKN Group Pension Trustee Limited (as Trustee of GKN Group Pension Scheme 2016) its entire interest in HgCapital 5, L.P. (a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010937) (the “Partnership”) and that with effect from 14 December 2016, GKN Group Pension Trustee Limited (as Trustee of GKN Group Pension Scheme 2016) was admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and GKN Group Pension Trustee Limited (as Trustee of GKN Group Pension Scheme) ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that the following transfers have taken place in Bridgepoint Europe III ‘B’ LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010314 (the “Partnership”): i. Citigroup Pension Plan transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to ASF Phantom L.P.; and ii. Textron, Inc Master Trust transferred 100% of its interest in the Partnership to ASF Phantom L.P.; and consequently, ASF Phantom L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership, and the following parties ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership: i. Citigroup Pension Plan; and ii. Textron, Inc Master Trust.
