By way of fixed charge all present and future estates or interests of the chargor in, or over, freehold, leasehold or commonhold property of the debenture. By way of legal mortgage, as continuing security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities , the chargor with full title guarantee charges to the security trustee, by way of first legal mortgage, all estates or interests in all freehold, leasehold, commonhold property now owned by it , including all real property (if any) specified in schedule 2 of the debenture. All intellectual property as defined in clause 13 of the debenture.
