NORTH DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED Company Number: SC273534 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the Final Meeting of the Creditors of the above named Company will be held at Johnston Carmichael, 227 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2ND on 25 October 2016 at 10.00 am for the purpose of: Receiving an account of how the winding up has been conducted and the Company’s property disposed of; Hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator; Passing a resolution that the Liquidator be empowered to dispose of the Company’s books and records on the expiry of six months from the date of the final meeting, or otherwise on the expiry of the necessary periods set down for the maintenance of such books and records by H M Revenue and Customs; Passing a resolution that the Liquidator be granted his release subject to the provisions of Sections 172(8) and 174(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986. Creditors are entitled to attend in person or alternatively by proxy. A creditor may vote only if his claim has been submitted to me and that claim has been accepted in whole or in part. A resolution will be passed only if a majority in value of those voting in person or by proxy vote in favour. Proxies and claims must be lodged with me at or before the meeting.
