duly convened and held at North Factory, Clarkes Road, Wigston,
Leicester, LE18 2BH on 27 March 2023 at 11.30 am the following
resolutions were passed as a special resolution and as an ordinary
resolution respectively:
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joseph Gordon
Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Andrew J Cordon (IP No. 009687)
both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street, Nottingham, NG1
5BQ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the
Company.”

We, Joseph Gordon Maurice Sadler (IP No. 9048) and Andrew J
Cordon (IP No. 009687) both of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent
Street, Nottingham, NG1 5BQ give notice that we were appointed
Joint Liquidators of the above-named Company on 27 March 2023 by
a resolution of members.
Notice is hereby given that the creditors of the Company which is
being voluntarily wound up, are required, on or before 8 May 2023 to
send in their names, addresses, (and names/addresses of their
solicitor, if any) along with particulars of debts and claims to the
undersigned G M Sadler of CFS Restructuring LLP, 22 Regent Street,
Nottingham NG1 5BQ the Joint Liquidator of the Company and, if so
required by notice in writing to prove their debts or claims at such
time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default
thereof shall be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made
before such debts are proved.
This notice is purely formal, the Company is able to pay all its known
creditors in full.
Please note that this is a solvent liquidation and therefore the Joint
Liquidators is entitled to make the distribution without regard to the
claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.
