Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 8 May
2017, James Paul Shaw (IP number 6084) was removed as office
holder in the cases listed in the Schedule below and Michael
Goldstein (IP number 12532) of Myers Clark, Egale 1, 80 St Albans
Road, Watford, Herts, WD17 1DL, telephone 01923 224411 was
appointed as Office Holder in in his place.
1. That the Applicant has leave to make a composite application in
respect of the insolvency proceedings identified in the Schedules A to
D attached to this Application (Schedules);
2. That the proceedings listed Ill the Schedules, in so far as there are
currently proceedings in any County Court or any District Registry in
England & Wales other than the Birmingham District Registry, be
transferred to the Birmingham District Registry solely for the purpose
of considering and, if thought fit, making the orders listed below;
3. That the Applicant does ensure that a sealed copy of every order
transferring any case to this Court and of every order which may be
made as a result of this application be lodged with the Court having
jurisdiction over each case affected by such order for filing on the
Court file relating to that case;
4. That the time for service of this application be abridged to permit
the application to be heard at such time as this Court shall think fit;
5. Pursuant to Section 298 of the Act and Rule 7.10B(2)(c) of the
Rules, the Respondent be removed from his office as trustee in
bankruptcy of the individuals listed in Schedule A, being in
bankruptcy;
6. Pursuant to Sections 298 and 303(2) of the Act and Rule 7.10B(2)(c)
of the Rules, the Applicant be appointed as trustee in bankruptcy of
the individuals listed in Schedule A attached hereto, where he is not
already appointed as trustee in bankruptcy;
7. Pursuant to Section 263(5) of the Act and Rule 7.10B(2)(d) of the
Rules, the Respondent be removed from his office as supervisor of
the individual voluntary arrangements identified in Schedule B;
8. Pursuant to Sections 263(4), 263(5) and 263(6) of the Act and Rule
7.10B(2)(d) of the Rules, the Applicant be appointed as supervisor of
the voluntary arrangements of the individuals listed in Schedule B.
9. Pursuant to Section 108 of the Act and Rule 7.10(2)(a) of the Rules,
the Respondent, be removed from his office as joint or sole liquidator
of the companies identified in Schedule C, being in Creditors
Voluntary Liquidation, where the respondent was the sole liquidator;
10. Pursuant to Section 108 of the Act and Rule 7.10B(2)(a) of the
Rules, the Applicant be appointed as sole liquidator of the companies
listed in Schedule D, being in Members’ Voluntary Liquidation;
11. Pursuant to Section 108 and Rule 7.10B(2)(a) of the Rules, the
Respondent be removed from his office as joint liquidator of the
companies listed in Schedule D, being in Members' Voluntary
Liquidation;
12. The creditors of the companies and the individuals listed in the
Schedules be notified of the Order by advertisement in the London
Gazette within 14 days of receipt of the Order by the Applicant and at
the time of the next statutory reporting requirement for each case;
13. Pursuant to Sections 263(4), 263(5) and 263(6) of the Act, the
Respondent be discharged from liability in respect of any action of his
as supervisor of the individuals listed in Schedule B, with effect from
28 days after the relevant notice referred to in paragraph 12 above
has been advertised, save in respect of any claim notified to the
Respondent or the Applicant, by that date.
14. Pursuant to Rule 4.122, Rule 4.144 and Rule 6.135 of the Rules,
the Respondent shall be at liberty to apply to the Secretary of State
for his release, as liquidator or trustee in bankruptcy of the companies
and the individuals listed in Schedules A, C and D, with effect from 28
days after the relevant notice referred to in paragraph 12 above has
been advertised, save in respect of any claim notified to the
Respondent or the Applicant, by that date.
15. The Applicant shall notify the Secretary of State of the Order as
soon as reasonably practicable after it is made;
16. All creditors of the Companies and the individuals listed in the
Schedules do have permission to apply to the Court, on notice of the
Applicant, within 28 days of being given notice of the terms of the
Order, for the purposes of applying to vary or discharge the Order in
so far as it affects the company or companies or individual’s estates
of which they are a creditor;
17. Pursuant to Rule 6.78A(4) and Rule 12.A55(2) of the Rules and
CPR 3.1(2)(a), the time for the filing of the progress report in the
bankruptcy of the individuals listed in Schedule A attached hereto be
extended to the date of the next scheduled report in each case;
18. Pursuant to Rule 4.49-CVL and Rule 12A.55(2) of the Rules and
CPR 3.1(2)(a), the time for the filing of the progress report in the
creditors' voluntary liquidations of the companies listed in Schedule C
be extended to the date of the next scheduled report in each case;
19. Pursuant to Rule 4.49-CVL and Rule 12A.55(2) of the Rules and
CPR 3.1(2)(a), the time for the filing of the progress report in the
members' voluntary liquidations of the companies listed in Schedule
D be extended to the date of the next scheduled report in each case;
20. There be no order as to costs, save that the Applicant's costs of
this application in the sum of £4,000 plus VAT (including Counsel's
brief fee of £500 plus VAT), plus the Court fee of £155, and the
London Gazette fee to advertise the Order which is estimated at
£1,000 plus VAT, be charged as a cost or expense of the estates
listed in the Schedules (each estate to bear an equal share, or such
other share as the Applicant may decide but with no estate having to
bear an amount exceeding 10% of the value of the available funds in
the estates as at the date of this Order);
21. Immediately upon this order taking effect, any cases listed in the
Schedules which, pursuant to paragraph 2 above are transferred to
the Birmingham District Registry be transferred back to the County
Court or District Registry from which they originated;
22. Compliance with Rule 7.10D(3) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 is
varied so that lodging of a certified copy of this Order, once sealed,
with each Court is deemed to be compliant with that Rule.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 OF THE INSOLVENCY
ACT 1986 that a meeting of creditors has been summoned for the
purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act. The
meeting will be held at Myers Clark, Egale 1, 80 St Albans Road,
Watford, Hertfordshire WD17 1DL on 15 December 2015 at 12.30 pm.
In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge
