OTHER NOTICES MONEY PENSIONS THE JARVIS GROUP LIMITED PENSION PLAN NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 TRUSTEE ACT 1925 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Jarvis Group Limited Pension Plan (the “Plan”), is in the process of being wound up. The Trustees of the Plan wish to trace any persons who believe they may have any right to benefits from the Plan and who have not received communications from the Trustees in relation to their benefits being secured with Legal & General. Any person not already contacted who believes they may have an entitlement or interest in the Plan is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his or her claim or interest to the Trustees of the Jarvis Group Limited Pension Plan c/o 21 Burgundy House, The Foresters, Harpenden, AL5 2FB, by no later than 30 December 2025.
