InfraRed (UK) Holdco 2020 Ltd ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Sun Life (U.S.) HoldCo 2020, LLC was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. Subsequently, Sun Life (U.S.) HoldCo 2020, LLC transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada-US Operations Holdings, Inc. Sun Life (U.S.) HoldCo 2020, LLC ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada-US Operations Holdings, Inc. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. Subsequently, Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada-US Operations Holdings, Inc. transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Sun Life 2007-1 Financing Corp. Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada-US Operations Holdings, Inc. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Sun Life 2007-1 Financing Corp. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. Subsequently, Sun Life 2007-1 Financing Corp. transferred its entire interest in the Partnership to Sun Life Financial Inc. Sun Life 2007-1 Financing Corp. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Sun Life Financial Inc. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
