PATON PRECISION ENGINEERING LIMITED (Company Number 03157289) Registered office: 40 Kenilworth Drive, Oadby, Leicester, LE2 5LG Notice is hereby given by Gary Pettit, liquidator of the company and convener of this decision, that a physical meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company to be held at 9/10 Scirocco Close, Moulton Park, Northampton, NN3 6AP on 21 November 2024 at 12.00 P.M. for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The meeting was requested by creditors and it has been summoned under section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act 1986 and rule 15.6 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016. Creditors entitled to attend and vote at the meeting may do so either in person or by proxy.
