LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that with effect from 30 June 2017, Lancashire County Council as administering authority of Lancashire County Pension Fund (the "Departing Limited Partner") transferred to LPPI PE Investments (No.2) LP (the "New Limited Partner") the whole of its interest held in SL Capital SOF I Feeder LP (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL017436 and that with effect from 30 June 2017, the Departing Limited Partner ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and the New Limited Partner became a limited partner in the Partnership.
