NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a final meeting of the members of
Perla Consulting Limited will be held at 10:00 am on 11 March 2021.
The meeting will be held virtually by telephone conference. The
meeting is called pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986
for the purpose of receiving an account showing the manner in which
the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the property
of the company disposed of, and to receive any explanation that may
be considered necessary. Any member entitled to attend and vote at
the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on their
behalf. A proxy need not be a member of the company.
The following resolutions will be considered at the meeting:
1. That the liquidator's final report and receipts and payments
account be approved.
2. That the liquidator be released and discharged.
Proxies to be used at the meeting must be returned to the offices of
Gildernew & Co. Ltd, Six Northland Row, Dungannon, Co Tyrone BT71
6AW no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the
meeting.

Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT70 1JD give notice that I was appointed
Liquidator of the above named company on 26 April 2017 by a
resolution of members.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above named
company which is being voluntarily wound up, are required on or
before 1 June 2017 to prove their debts by sending to the
undersigned Gerard Gildernew of Gildernew & Co Ltd, 27 Market
Square, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT70 1JD, Liquidator of the
company and, if so requested, to provide such further details or
produce such documentary evidence as may appear to the Liquidator
to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved this debt before the
declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he

"the Company"
At a General Meeting of the members of the Company, duly convened
on 26 April 2017 the following resolutions were duly passed, (1) and
(2) as special resolutions and (3) and (4) as ordinary resolutions,
respectively:
(1) "That Perla Consulting Limited be wound up voluntarily under
Section 84(1)(b) of the INSOLVENCY ACT 1986."
(2) "That the Liquidator shall be authorised to distribute among the
members in specie or in kind the whole or any part of the assets of
the Company."
(3) "That Gerard Gildernew & Co Ltd, 27 Market Square, Dungannon,
Co Tyrone, BT70 1JD be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the
Company for the purposes of winding up the Company's affairs and
distributing its assets."
(4) "That the remuneration to be paid to the Liquidator, in addition to
the costs, charges and expenses thereof, shall be fixed by reference
to the time spent by the Liquidator and staff thereof in attending to
matters arising in the winding up including but without limitation to
any matters outside the statutory duties of the Liquidator and
undertaken at the request of the members or a majority of them, and
shall be payable from the assets of the Company."
(5) "That the Liquidator shall distribute to the member according to his
rights and interest any surplus assets of the Company."
