CHANGE IN THE LIMITED PARTNER OF A LIMITED PARTNERSHIP LIMITED PARTNERSHIPS ACT 1907 PFPC MMR 1 LP (the "Partnership") (Registered in Scotland, Registered Number SL032749) Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, with effect from 31 August 2024 (the "Effective Date"), Scottish Investments Limited (registered number SC681617) transferred its entire interest as limited partner in the Partnership (the "Transferred Interest") to Scottish National Investment Bank PLC (registered number SC677431). As a result of the above transfer, with effect from the Effective Date, Scottish National Investment Bank PLC assumed all rights, duties and obligations in the Transferred Interest and was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Scottish Investments Limited ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership. Accordingly Vistra Trust Corporation (UK) Limited reduced its participation as a Limited Partner of Merchant Place Property Partnership 65 of 50 units on 22nd March 2024 and Save & Invest Group Limited was admitted as a Limited Partner on the same date.
