2. The general effect of the Order will be to:
(a) relocate the pay-by-phone parking bay on the west side of Dean
Street, opposite The Crown & Two Chairmen Public House, Nos.
31-32, northward by 23 metres to outside No. 76 Dean Street,
replacing 5.8 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting
restrictions; and
(b) extend the double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions
outside Royalty House, Nos. 72-74 Dean Street, northward by 5.8
metres.
3. The Order, which will come into force on 15th April 2026, and other

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council on 7th
April 2026 made the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and
124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce a “White
Badge” disabled person’s personal parking place on the north-west
side of Kendal Street, opposite its junction with Portsea Place,
replacing 5.5 metres of pay-by-phone parking (1 bay).
Please note that as a result of the changes introduced in Kendal
Street by the Traffic Orders made on 15th September 2025 for
Cycleway C43 (Section A, Phases 1 to 5), it has been necessary to
change the planned location for the “White Badge” disabled person’s
parking place from opposite No. 56 Kendal Street, as originally set out
in the Notice of Proposals published on 14th January 2026, to the
location specified in paragraph 2 above.
ENVIRONMENT & INFRASTRUCTURE
Furthermore, the proposal to extend the residents’ parking place
opposite Nos. 14 and 15 Portsea Place south-eastward by 5.5
metres, replacing a redundant “White Badge” disabled person’s
parking place, also as set out in the Notice of Proposals published on
14th January 2026, has been abandoned as this change was
implemented under the Traffic Orders made on 15th September 2025
for Cycleway C43 (Section A, Phases 1 to 5).
3. The Orders, which will come into force on 15th April 2026, and
other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are
available for inspection until 19th May 2026 at https://

Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 2nd April 2026 it made the
above Orders to:
1. Amend all existing pay & display parking bays to prohibit
motorcycle parking within Ruislip town centre. Includes all pay and
display parking bays on High Street, Ruislip and adjacent in The Oaks
and Ickenham Road, Ruislip.
2. Extend the operating times of the Northwood Hills Parking
Management Scheme within Windsor Close, Northwood Hills to
operate ‘at all times’.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 13th April
2026 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge
during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which
this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from

Coming into force: Wednesday 08th April 2026
Made: Wednesday 25th March 2026
WHEREAS the Council of the London Borough of Newham ("the
Council") being the traffic authority, in the said London Borough, is
satisfied that vehicular and pedestrian traffic along roads, listed in
schedule 1 below, or parts thereof, should be restricted, to prevent
danger to the public.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Council in exercise of the powers conferred
by Section 14(1) & 15(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (a)
("The Act") as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions)
Act 1991 (b), and of all other enabling powers, hereby made the
following Order: -
1. The Order may be cited as the London Borough of Newham
(Thames Water Utilities Limited Northern Outfall Sewer Remediation
Project (various roads, E3, E13, E15, E20) (Temporary prohibition of
traffic) order 2026
2. No person shall enter or cause to enter roads, listed in schedule 1
below, at such times as appropriate traffic signs are displayed in
accordance with the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions
2016(c).
3. Without prejudice to the validity of anything done or to any liability
incurred in respect of any act or omission before the coming into force
of this Notice, the Newham (Waiting and Loading Restriction)(Special
Parking Area) Order 2011 (d) shall apply to the roads or parts of roads
mentioned in paragraph 2 above as if, for the purposes of the
application of Article 5(1) of that Order to the said lengths of street,
the prescribed hours were “at any time” or as displayed.
4. Vehicular traffic will be diverted via local adjacent roads, one-way
streets where necessary, may be reversed or revert to two-way
working, road closures and parking prohibitions will apply when the
appropriate signs are displayed.
5. Pedestrian access to premises will not be affected.
6. Nothing in this Order shall apply to vehicles being used for Fire,
Ambulance or Police purposes, or with the permission or at the
direction of a Police Constable in uniform, or a suitably authorised
officer. Nothing in paragraph 2 of the Order shall apply to vehicles
necessarily used in connection with the works.
7. The order will apply from Wednesday 08th April 2026 at 00:01
hours until Thursday 31st December 2028 at 23.59hrs, or on
completion of the works, whichever is the sooner.

The vehicle was laden with refrigerated goods. Any person having a
claim to the vehicle is required to establish their claim in writing on or
before 29th April 2026 by sending it by post to the Office of the Traffic

“SCHEME”)
– WIND UP OF THE SCHEME.
NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, the Trustee of the
Scheme gives notice that the winding-up of the Scheme has been
triggered. The Trustee requests that (a) any former employee of, (i)
Northern Gas Networks Operations Limited, or (ii) United Utilities
Operations Limited, or if such a person is deceased, (b) the spouse or
dependant of that person, who in either case is (or thinks they might
be) entitled to benefits under the Scheme, (c) any person (or the
spouse or dependant of that person) who was previously a member of
the Scheme but who transferred their benefits out of the Scheme, but
who believes they may still have benefits in the Scheme, and (d) any
other person who believes they may have a claim against the
Scheme, provides written particulars of any such entitlement or claim
to FAO: Mrs K Brassington, Scheme Secretary, Northern Gas
Networks Pension Scheme, 1100 Century Way, Colton, Leeds, LS15
8TU on or before 9th June 2026.
After this date, the Trustee will complete the process of distributing
the assets of the Scheme amongst the persons currently appearing to
be entitled to them and, in doing so, will have regard only to the
claims of which they currently have notice. The Trustee shall then not
be liable to any person whose claim has not been notified to them by
the date stated in this notice. Notification is not required from
persons who have received the recent correspondence from the
Trustee which referred to the winding-up of the Scheme, as the
