All present and future rights, title and interest of the producers of and in the film provisionally entitled the pod generation and in the script and all other written and musical matter embodied or to be embodied or used in the film or acquired in connection with its production and the negative and prints thereof and all rights of representing, exploiting and exhibiting the same; and. All present and future interest and rights of the producers of and in the producer agreements, the financing agreements and the sales agency agreement and all other present and future agreements entered into by the producers in connection with the production of the film;. By way of first fixed charge all present and future property acquired for the production of the film; and. By way of first floating charge the whole of the producer’s undertaking and assets relating to the film, wheresoever and whatsoever, present and future (solely to the extent they relate to the film), other than any assets for the time being effectively assigned or charged to the guarantor pursuant to the previous sub clauses of this clause or otherwise howsoever.
