Clause 3.1(b) creates a fixed charge over any right, title or interest which the company has now or may subsequently acquire to or in any other land (as defined in the debenture) to the extent not charged by way of legal mortgage under clause 3.1(a).. Clause 3.7 creates a fixed charge over all of the company’s (a) specified intellectual property rights (as defined in the debenture), (b) material intellectual property rights (as defined in the debenture) to the extent not charged under paragraph (a), and (c) intellectual property rights (as defined in the debenture) to the extent not charged under paragraphs (a) and (b), including all fees, royalties and other rights of every kind relating to or deriving from such intellectual property rights.. A fixed charge is given over all land or intellectual property rights from time to time owned by the company.
