Mr MD Rezaul Hague failed to ensure that Presto Square Ltd maintained/and or preserved adequate accounting records or in the alternative, failed to deliver up to the liquidator such records as were maintained, for the period 30 July 2019 until 11 March 2021. As such it has not been possible to confirm: • The income and expenditure of the company; • If funds of £50,000 received from a Bounce Back Loan on 1 June 2020, were used for the economic benefit of the company, given that there are unknown cash withdrawals of £20,000 on 22 June 2020 and £30,000 on 25 June 2020; • The purpose of payments to 5 named individuals totalling £57,743 shown as debiting the company’s bank account between 4 October 2019 and 26 June 2020; • The purpose of payments totalling £16,254 to personal credit cards shown as debiting the company’s bank account between 7 October 2019 and 26 May 2020
