The parent with full title guarantee charges by way of first floating charge by way of further security for the payment and discharge of the secured liabilities in favour of the security agent (for itself and on trust for the other secured creditors), the secured assets, both present and future (including assets expressed to be charged by clauses 2.1 (security over issuer shares).
