(Registered No. LP007862 ) (THE “PARTNERSHIP”) Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 10 October 2022 LOTHIAN PENSION FUND (acting through its administering authority, THE CITY OF EDINBURGH COUNCIL) (the “Transferor”) transferred a portion of its interests in the Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with the number LP007863, to WILLIS IRELAND PENSION SCHEME (the “Transferee”). Pursuant to the transfer, the Transferee was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership. The Partnership is continued by the partners thereof.
