NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough
of Bromley proposes to make the above-mentioned Order under
Sections 6 and 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and all other enabling powers.
The effect of the Order would be to introduce waiting restrictions as
set out in the Schedule to this Notice.
Details of prohibitions and exemptions for certain vehicles and
persons are contained in the original Order.
Copies of the proposed Order, of the plans of the schemes and of the
Council's statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order can
be made available by emailing [email protected] during normal
office hours on Mondays to Fridays.
ANY person wishing to object to the proposed Order should send a
statement in writing of their objection and the grounds thereof to the
Director of Environment and Public Protection, Civic Centre, Stockwell
Close, Bromley, BR1 3UH, quoting reference ADE(TP)/RP/T100/725
not later than 21st September 2022.
Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that under
the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act
1985, any comments received in response to this Notice may be open
to public inspection.

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London
Borough of Newham on 30 August 2022 made the above-mentioned
Orders under Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The effect of the Orders will be to continue in force indefinitely the
provisions of the following experimental Orders:
the Newham (Aldworth Road, Elliot Close and Faringford Road) (Low
Traffic Neighbourhood) Experimental Traffic Order 2021;
the Newham (Earlham Grove) (Low Traffic Neighbourhood)
Experimental Traffic Order 2021;
the Newham (Keogh Road) (Low Traffic Neighbourhood) Experimental
Traffic Order 2021; and
the Newham (Manbey Grove) (Low Traffic Neighbourhood)
Experimental Traffic Order 2021
which came into force on 18 March 2021.
3. The above experimental Orders introduced road closures as
detailed below, suspended certain existing parking controls and
waiting restrictions for the duration of the experimental orders and
replaced them with the restrictions detailed below:
a) road closures with exemptions for pedal cycles and emergency
vehicles via the use of CCTV at:-
i. Aldworth Road / Elliot Close / Faringford Road junction, from the
north-eastern corner to the south-western corner, requiring a
compulsory left turn for eastbound traffic on Aldworth Road into Elliot
Close, and for westbound traffic on Aldworth Road into Faringford
Road; and compulsory right turns from Faringford Road into the
eastern arm of Aldworth Road and from Elliot Close into the western
arm of Aldworth Road.
ii. Earlham Grove, from the western kerb-line of Woodgrange Road
westward for 10 metres;
iii. Keogh Road / Carnarvon Road junction, from the north-eastern
corner to the south-western corner;
iv. Manbey Grove, from a point 26.5 metres east of the eastern kerb-
line of The Grove eastward for 2 metres;
b) conversion of one-way working for traffic to two-way working in:-
i. Aldworth Road, between the eastern kerb-line of West Ham Lane
and the junction of Elliot Close / Faringford Road;
ii. Earlham Grove, between the western kerb-line of Woodgrange
Road and a point 42 metres west of that kerb-line;
iii. Keogh Road, between McGrath Road and Carnarvon Road;
iv. Manbey Grove, between The Grove and Manbey Road;
c) conversion of existing parking places to no waiting and no loading
at any time restrictions in Faringford Road, the west side;
d) conversion of existing waiting restrictions to no waiting and no
loading at any time in:
i. Aldworth Road, at the junction of Elliot Close / Faringford Road;
ii. Carnarvon Road, at its junction with Keogh Road;
iii. Keogh Road, at its junction with Carnarvon Road; and
iv. Manbey Grove, at its junction with The Grove.
4. Exemptions from the road closures apply to: (a) pedal cycles; (b)
refuse collection vehicles; and (c) vehicles being used: (i) for
ambulance, fire brigade or police purposes; (ii) in connection with the
removal of an obstruction; (iii) in connection with the cleansing,
maintenance, improvement or reconstruction of the carriageway; (iv)
in connection with the placing, maintenance, improvement,
reconstruction or removal of street furniture; (v) for the purpose of any
building operation or demolition; or in connection with the laying,
erection, alteration or repair of any sewer or of any main, pipe or
apparatus for the supply of gas, water or electricity, or of any
communications network; or (vi) for the provision of a universal postal
service.
5. Copies of the Orders, which will come into force on 5 September
2022, and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the
Orders are available for inspection during normal office hours at
Newham Dockside, 1000 Dockside Road E16 2QU, by telephoning
020 3373 6415 or by emailing [email protected] for a
period of six weeks from the date on which the Orders were made.
6. If any person wishes to question the validity of any of the Orders or
of any of their provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within
the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or
of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with,
that person may, within six weeks from the date on which the Order is
made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.

TRAFFIC ORDER 2022
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council, with the
consent of Transport for London, on 29th August 2022 made the
above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of
Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be, in connection with the
construction of footway buildouts at the junction of Ebury Street and
Lower Belgrave Street and the implementation of a continuous
footway at the junction of Lower Belgrave Street and Buckingham
Palace Road, to
(a) introduce one-way working south-eastbound in Lower Belgrave
Street between its junctions with Ebury Street and Buckingham
Palace Road (with advisory contraflow cycling permitted);

(b) introduce a “Blue Badge” disabled persons’ parking place on the
north-east side of Lower Belgrave Street, at the rear of Terminal
House, No. 52 Grosvenor Gardens;
(c) extend the length of the single yellow line waiting restrictions
outside Ebury Gate, No. 23 Lower Belgrave Street north-westward by
5.7 metres; and
(d) introduce / extend double yellow line “at any time” waiting and
loading restrictions at the junction of Ebury Street and Lower Belgrave
Street, including outside St. Peter’s Eaton Square CE Primary School
and No. 27 Lower Belgrave Street.
Please note that the introduction of a cycle hangar outside The
Victoria Public House, No. 1 Lower Belgrave Street (as set out in the
Notice of Proposals published on 30th March 2022) has been
abandoned following a review of the scheme.
3. The Orders, which will come into force on 7th September 2022, and
other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The London
Borough of Enfield (the Council) on 31 August 2022 made The Enfield
(Prescribed Routes) (No. 15) Experimental Traffic Order 2022 under
sections 9, 10 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
2. The general effect of the Order will be, on an experimental basis, to
extend the closure of Devonshire Road N13 to traffic, except cycles,
between its junction with Green Lanes and a point 2 metres south-
east of a point in line with the common boundary of Nos. 399 and
399c Green Lanes.
3. Copies of the Order, which will come into operation on 8th
September 2022, and will continue in operation for up to 18 months,
and of the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order and
other relevant documents can either be inspected at the Town Library,

1. To reduce the double yellow lines on Back Lane N8 opposite the

10. To formalise the existing permit parking bays on the north side of

Friday 10:00-12:00.
11. To amend the operational timings of the single yellow line on the
south side of White Hart Lane N17 opposite No.126 to Monday-Friday
17:30-22:00, Saturday-Sunday and public holidays 10:00-19:00.
12. To relocate the existing Car Club Permit Holders Bay on Page’s
Lane N10 opposite properties 37&39 to Creighton Avenue adjacent to
No.31 Page’s Lane. The existing single yellow lines and single kerb
blips will be joined at the current location of the Car Club bay.
13. To replace the section of single yellow line with event day permit
holder only parking on the north side of Poynton Road N17 opposite
property No.1.
14. To reduce the length of event day permit holder only parking on
the south side of Poynton Road N17 outside property No.3 by 1.9
metres and extend the adjacent double yellow line.
15. To convert the single yellow line outside properties 2 to 22 on
Victoria Road N15 to a double yellow line and extending it in both
directions for a total length of 4.6 metres, thereby reducing the length
of the two adjacent Resident Parking bays either side of the
restriction. The northern resident parking bay will be reduced by one
space in total and bays to the south will be reduced by 1.5 metres.

of Haringey on 30th August 2022 made the above mentioned Orders
under sections 9, 10 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
THE GENERAL EFFECT OF THE EXPERIMENTAL ORDERS will be:-
1. Following the introduction of the experimental Bounds Green Low
Traffic Neighbourhood on the 15th August 2022 the following design
changes are required in the interest of safety and free movement of
traffic:
(a) To replace business permit holders only bay (6.6 metres) with
double yellow lines on Queens Road N11 adjacent to No.30 Bounds
Green Road.
(b) To replace the shared use business permit holders only/pay by
phone parking bay (11.4 metres) with double yellow lines on Queens
Road N11 outside No.1 Royal Terrace Queens Road.
(c) To replace the shared use resident permit holders only/pay by
phone parking bay (10 metres) with double yellow lines on
Marlborough Road N22 adjacent to No.79 Myddleton Road.
(d) To replace the pay by phone parking bay (10 metres) with double
yellow lines on Marlborough Road N22 adjacent to No.77 Myddleton
Road.
(e) To replace permit holders only bay (14 metres) with double yellow
lines on Palmerston Road N22 outside No.42 & No.44 Palmerston
Road.
(f) To replace the permit holders only parking bay (14 metres) with
double yellow lines on Palmerston Road N22 adjacent to No.49
Myddleton Road.
(g) To introduce 6.1 metres of double yellow lines on Lynton Gardens

NOTE: The Haringey (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and
Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.42)
Experimental Order 2022 &The Haringey (Charged-For Parking Places)
(Amendment No.39) Experimental Order 2022 are hereby revoked and
replaced with the above orders. The original restrictions implemented
on the 15th August 2022 will continue in force by way of the above
orders.
DATE OF OPERATION: The Orders will come into operation on 8th
September 2022 and is due to last for a maximum of 18 months.
The Orders provide that in pursuance of Section 10(2) of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the delegated authority of the London
Borough of Haringey, or some person authorised in that behalf, may if
it appears essential in the interests of the expeditious, convenient and
safe movement of traffic or for preserving or improving the amenities
of the area through which any road affected by the Orders run, modify
or suspend the Orders or any provision thereof.
The Council will be considering in due course whether the provisions
of the Orders should be continued in force indefinitely by means of
permanent Orders made under the relevant sections of the Road
Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Any person may object to the making of
the permanent Orders for the purpose of such indefinite continuation
within a period of six months beginning with the day on which the
above mentioned Orders came into force or, if the Orders are varied
by other Orders or modified pursuant to section 10(2) of the 1984 Act,
beginning with the day on which the latest variation or modification
came into force. Any such objection must be made in writing and
