CHAIRS & BEDS DIRECT LTD Company Number: SC385585 Notice is hereby given that on 12 February 2018 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by Regency Recliners Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (01582226) and having its Registered Office at Unit A2, Chapel Street, Netherton, Dudley, West Midlands, DY2 9PN, craving the court inter alia, that Chairs & Beds Direct Ltd, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC385585) and having its Registered Office formerly at 172 Kelvinhaugh Street, Glasgow, G3 8PR and now at Units 33-41 Kelvin Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4LT (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed; in which petition the Sheriff at Glasgow, by interlocutor dated 12 February 2018, ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service; all of which notice is hereby given.
