Infracapital GP 2 LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Infracapital Partners II LP); and 2. Infracapital GP 2 LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Infracapital Partners (NT) II LP). Infracapital GP II Limited has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Infracapital GP 2 LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Infracapital Partners II LP) and Infracapital GP 2 LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Infracapital Partners (NT) II LP) have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership. BIIF MANAGEMENT LP THE “PARTNERSHIP” (Registered No. SL006566) REGISTERED IN SCOTLAND Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 June 2016 (the “Effective Date”) Investors in Infrastructure Limited as limited partner of the Partnership (the “Assignor”) assigned the Assignor’s entire interest, together with all associated rights, duties and obligations arising therefrom (the “Assigned Interest”) in the Partnership to Stafford Infrastructure Co- Investment I GP Limited (the “Assignee”) and that with effect from the Effective Date, the Assignor ceased to be a limited partner and the Assignee assumed the rights, duties and obligations in respect of the Assigned Interest.
