RISHIGA LIMITED Company Number: SC373121 Notice is hereby given that on 9 February 2016, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Aberdeen, Highland and Islands at Aberdeen by Vettivelu Srimayooran, formerly Director of Rishiga Limited (Company Number SC373121) of 45 John Street, Aberdeen, AB25 1LN craving the court, inter alia, that Rishiga Limited, having its registered office at 15 Golden Square, Aberdeen, AB10 1WF be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 1031 of the Companies Act 2006 in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 9 February 2016 ordered that a copy of the Petition be intimated on the walls of court and like copies be served upon the Registrar of Companies, the Lord Advocate and the Advocate General for Scotland and appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the sheriff clerk Aberdeen within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement, under certification, all of which notice is hereby given.
