THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS give notice that they have made the
above Order under sections 1(1), 2(1) and (2) of the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order is as described in the Inverness Courier, dated
27th June 2025 and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 29136,
dated 27th June 2025. The Order comes into force on Tuesday 30th
September 2025.

Notice is hereby given that South Lanarkshire Council propose to
make an Order under section 68(1) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984
stopping up the road described in Part 1 of the Schedule below.
The title of the Order is “The South Lanarkshire Council (Redwood
Place, East Kilbride) (Stopping Up) Order 2025.”
A copy of the proposed Order and of the accompanying plan showing

grass verge) for a distance of 7 metres (point B), then south-
eastwards (including 2 metres of the grass verge) for a distance of 78
metres (point C), then south-westwards for a distance of 8 metres
(point D), then north-westwards for a distance of 12 metres (point E),
then south-westwards for a distance of 2 metres to (point F), then
north-westwards for a distance of 73 metres to (point G), then north-
eastwards for a distance of 14 metres returning to point A, as shown

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough
of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under
Sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 51 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
and all other enabling powers. As part of a scheme to help improve
safety for all road users the general effect of the above Orders would
be to:
a) relocate the existing bus stop clearway from its current position
outside Etz Chaim Primary School, Daws Lane NW7 to a new location
opposite Nos.23 to 29 Daws Lane NW7. As part of these
amendments, a length of no waiting ‘at any time’ restriction would be
introduced outside Etz Chaim Primary School, Daws Lane NW7. In

b) introduce No stopping “School Keep Clear” restrictions outside Etz
Chaim Primary School operating 8am to 9:30am and 3pm to 4:30pm
Monday to Friday.
c) upgrade lengths of existing waiting restrictions operating 11am to
12pm Monday to Friday outside Nos.23 to 27 Daws Lane NW7,
opposite Nos.31 and 33 Daws Lane and opposite Nos.17 to 21 Daws
Lane to operate ‘at any time’.
d) convert a length of existing resident permit holder only parking bay
operating 11am to 12pm Monday to Friday outside Nos.27 to 29
Daws Lane NW7 to a length of no waiting ‘at any time restrictions.
e) convert lengths of existing waiting restrictions operating 11am to
12pm Monday to Friday opposite Nos.15 to 17 Daws Lane, outside
Nos.15 to 19 Daws Lane, outside Nos.21 to 23 Daws Lane into
lengths of resident permit holders only parking bays operating 11am
to 12pm Monday to Friday. These amendments will help mitigate the
loss of parking due to the introduction of no waiting ‘at any time’
restrictions and the relocation bus stop clearway as mentioned in (a),
(c) and (d) above.

eastbound to reduce delays to eastbound traffic turning right onto
Putney High Street otherwise delayed by those queuing for the
heavier left turn flow; especially in the AM peak. Double yellow lines
from Thames Place to the Embankment by Thai Square. There is no
change to Loading restrictions
(d) Permanent removal of parking bays on Putney Embankment
between Lower Richmond Road and Thames Place;
(e) Putney Bridge Road – introduce double yellow lines between
Brewhouse Lane and the existing double yellow lines, no change to
Loading

Street (between its junctions with Tooting High Street and St Cyprian’s
Street), St Cyprian’s Street and Kellino Street (between its junctions
with Tooting High Street and St Cyprian’s Street), with vehicular flow
being in an anti-clockwise direction;
(c) Make Kellino Street a westbound direction one-way street with
contra-flow cycling (between its junction with Upper Tooting Road
and its junction with Blakenham Road);
(d) Prohibit all westbound traffic in Kellino Street from turning left at
the junction of Kellino Street with St Cyprian’s Street, except for
cycles;
(e) Prohibit all northbound traffic in St Cyprian’s Street from turning
right into Kellino Street, except cycles;
(f) Remove all loading and parking bays in Totterdown Street, in the
extension managed by WBC, between Tooting High Street and the
junction with St Cyprian’s Street. Installation of double yellow line and
double blips (no waiting and no loading restrictions) in all this
extension;
(g) Remove 11m of parking bay outside numbers 23-27 Kellino Street
and installation of DYL

The Rule will abandon an area of 337.065 square metres of road at
Mill Avenue, Belfast extending from its junction with Wolfhill Manor for

road is not necessary for road traffic, gives notice of its intention to

1993, the effect of which would be, after completion of such works as
the Department considers necessary to provide alternative facilities,
to abandon an area of 608 square metres of former road at Comber
Road, Dundonald comprising of two plots—

• 562 square metres adjacent to No. 327 Comber Road, extending in

5. The creditors, or in the case of members voluntary liquidations any
member, in each of the Block Transfer Cases be notified of this Order
by placing a composite block transfer advertisement in the London
Gazette within 28 days of the date of this Order.
6. Any creditor, or in the case of members voluntary liquidations any
member, in respect of any of the Block Transfer Cases who has an
objection to this Order shall have 28 days from the date of the
advertisement published in accordance with paragraph 5 above to
apply to court to set aside or vary the terms of this Order. Such
application shall not affect the transfer of the Block Transfer Cases
until further or other order by the court.
7. The Replacement Office-Holders shall give notice to the Secretary
of State in respect of the Block Transfer Cases and to the Registrar of
Companies in respect of the insolvency proceedings in the Schedule
of the terms of this Order as soon as reasonably practicable.
8. The Outgoing Office-Holder shall file a copy of this Order with each
of the courts listed in the Schedule.
9. Nothing in this Order shall release the Outgoing Office-Holder from
any obligation to give and file notices in respect of the Office-Holder's
removal under this Order in respect of the Block Transfer Cases.
10. Where there are joint Office-Holders appointed on the cases listed
in the Block Transfer Cases, they will act jointly and severally in
relation to all matters relating to the administration of the Block

11. Where any of the companies in administration listed in the
Schedule move into creditors’ voluntary liquidation pursuant to
paragraph 83(6) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 and the
Outgoing Office-Holder has been nominated as liquidator under

Heathrow Airport Limited GIVES NOTICE that it made the above

Act 1984 (as amended), and all other enabling powers, to enable
highways drainage and resurfacing works to take place at Heathrow
Airport. The Order came into effect on Wednesday 11th June 2025.
The general effect of the Order is as described in the Notice of Intent
published in the London Gazette issue dated 4th June 2025. The
prohibitions of the Order shall only apply to such times and such

1) To replace the approximately 3 metres of existing Permit Holders

Road heading southwards. These changes are required to facilitate
the installation of a vehicle crossover at this location.
2) To amend the double yellow lines/adjacent permit holders only bays

accordance with the kerb line. This is purely an administrative change
which will result in no physical changes on site.
