TRANSFER OF INTEREST SCF 163CSP 1 LP (Registered No. LP023005) Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 2 June 2025, CF ON LP IC Inc. transferred the entirety of its interest in SCF 163CSP 1 LP (the “Partnership”), to Stanhope Investments Limited, and that with effect from the same date CF ON LP IC Inc. ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and Stanhope Investments Limited became a limited partner in the Partnership. SCF 163CSP 2 LP (Registered No. LP023006) Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 NOTICE is hereby given that, on 18 January 2023, Stanhope plc transferred the entirety of its interest in SCF 163CSP 2 LP (the “Partnership”), represented by a capital contribution of £1 to SCF 163CSP Trustee Limited in its capacity as trustee of SCF 163CSP Property Unit Trust, and that with effect from the same date Stanhope plc ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership and SCF 163CSP Trustee Limited in its capacity as trustee of SCF 163CSP Property Unit Trust became a limited partner in the Partnership.
