SHEER CLASS SERVICES LIMITED (Company Number 03191809) PAYMENT OUT OF CAPITAL FOR REDEMPTION OF SHARES IN THE COMPANY Notice is hereby given by the Company, for payment out of capital for redemption of shares: • on 2 September 2020 the Company's shareholders approved a payment out of capital in accordance with section 716 of the Companies Act 2006 for the purpose of the Company redeeming 5,25,000 Redeemable B Shares of £1 each; • the amount of permissible capital payment as defined by section 710 of the Companies Act 2006 for the shares in question is £5,25,000. • the directors' statement as required by section 714 of the Companies Act 2006 for the Redemption in connection with the proposed payment out of capital are available for inspection at the registered office of the Company, and • any creditor of the Company may at any time within the period of five weeks immediately following 7 December, 2020 apply to the court under section 721 of the Companies Act 2006 for an order preventing the payments.
