By way of first legal mortgage all its real property at the date of the debenture not charged by way of first legal mortgage. By way of first fixed charge: (I) all its real property as at the date of the debenture to the extent not mortgaged under any other deed; (ii) all its real property acquired after the date of the debenture to the extent not mortgage under any other deed; and (iii) all its intellectual property, to the extent not assigned under clause 3.3 of the debenture (for more detail please refer to the debenture).
