As continuing security for payment and discharge of the secured liabilities, with full guarantee charges to the beneficiary by way of a first fixed charge: all present and future estates or interests in, or over any freehold, leasehold or commonhold property, the benefit of all contracts, all licences, consents and authorisations, all goodwill, all uncalled capital, all equipment, all intellectual property, all book debts, all the investments, all monies from time to time standing to the credit of its accounts with any bank or financial institution, all rights in respect of each insurance policy and all rights in respect of all other agreements.
