All estates or interests in the freehold land known as sixways stadium, warriors way, hindlip transferred out of the freehold land registered at hm land registry under title numbers WR91177, WR130175, WR142301 and WR96826, and as more particularly described in a transfer deed dated 4 august 2022 and made between (1) mq property co limited (as transferor) and (2) sixways stadium limited (as transferee), and rights in connection with the property as specified (and defined) in the security agreement.
