Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company is being convened and will be held 17 January 2024 at 11:00am. Mr Christos Christodoulou, the director of the Company is the convener of the meeting ("the Convener"). The primary purpose of the virtual meeting is for creditors to consider a decision on the nomination of liquidators, and if the creditors think fit, to appoint a liquidation committee.
